      I used to have career anxiety and settling down anxiety about 10 years ago. Then one day I had a huge panic attack and had to visit an emergency. Several tests later they told me it was just stress. Get enough sleep, stay well hydrated, cut down on late night caffeine, YOGA or exercise with mediation. You don't understand the limits of your health when young but as you get older these simple things in life start to impact you in a big way.

    To Stop the negative talk in our heads we first need to believe in ourselves that "we can" deal with our insecurities and anxieties. Prove yourself that you are worthy of anything by choosing to do which you fear. Anyone reading this you aren't alone dealing with this, we will make it together ❤❤

      I want to know how to feel confident when all the friends I’ve ever had have called me flat chested and girls at school called me ugly to my face.

    • @witcheliz
      @witcheliz Рік тому +7

      @@IntrovertedLoLo i cant make u believe it, but being flat chested is so hot, more than having big breasts, i have flat chest myself and i feel so confident cuz its elegant and beautiful , i can wear all the cutest tops without looking vulgar. About the bullying part never be afraid to talk to a grown up, they deserve to be confronted for what they said to u. And try developing a thick skin, imagine if someone goes out of their way on road and tells u ,you have ugly blue hair, but ur hair is anything but blue, u wont feel insulted cuz what theyr saying is not what you are .. What i mean is your beliefs are the one with the greatest importance on yourself, not others

    • @thinkingbout
      @thinkingbout Рік тому +7

      @@IntrovertedLoLo Beauty is subjective, sometime in the past it was attractive if a woman had more weight because it meant wealth, then there were times where having a wasp waist was modern and created through clothing. And even today as there are western beauty standards that are ever changing ther might be other cultures where how you look is fitting the beauty standards exactly. And when you think about your body features, e.g. being flat chested, what exactly makes that a bad thing? Just how others word it, not being it. There are girls/women with a lot of breast who'd love to have a flatter chest, because it makes different things much easier, e.g. not having the need to wear a bra all the time because it otherwise hurts the back, and instead being able to wear bustiers that wouldn't give enough hold for a lager breast. Also some tops just don't fit right with a larger chest while others might not fit as good with a smaller, but that's okay, since everyone is different which is why there are different shapes of clothing!
      Also: Most of the time when people call you something terrible in your face it says more about them than about you. If they felt in peace with who they are and how they look they wouldn't feel the need to make others down.
      (Do your friends know how it makes you feel that they call you that way? You should definitly talk about that with them so that they are a little more considerate. Friends should be there to hold your back not to hurt you.)
      The foundation of confidence in one self is to know your strenghts and weaknesses and accept them as they are (acceptance ≠ love, but taking it as it is) and work with that. Nobody is perfect but that makes every human unique. Most important: don't pressure yourself if you can't accept these things right away, it takes time and has it's ups and downs.
      Also beauty isn't everything! The person you are is far more important so even if you don't fit in the beauty standards others around you hold as long as you stick to being yourself your charcter will outshine and make you beautiful just through that. On the other hand people who might fit the standards might look ugly when they behave that way to others.
      I hope that even if these are just words from a random person in the internet, they'l help you a little bit. I wish you all the best and that the situation in school gets better for you soon!

    i was literally just journaling about this topic today. this topic came up in a conversation because i was complaining about how i hated summer because of the weather, but then my convo partner asked me "or is it because i hate that i don't have summer break anymore?" this got me thinking about all the summer breaks i spent inside in front of a computer rather than going to summer camps or traveling like other students. did i spend my summer breaks wisely? did i spend my time wisely? only then i realized i had limitations, and i can't turn back time to those summers. now that i don't have the luxury of a summer break, but i still have long weekends and public holidays, I'm wondering if I'm spending these times well too. this video helped give me some comfort as I'm not alone thinking about this.

I never had so much free time.. but was always busy.. since I graduated I'm feeling I'm doing nothing even though I work full time.. i'm planning weeks and weeks ahead so that I don't have any evening/weekend free because I have the fear of doing nothing in my life.. fear of missing something.. not living the life to the fullest.. I had the same issue when I was younger, dreading the onset of summer because I was too skinny and didn’t feel right in a t-shirt. Couldn’t wait for the summer to pass while others were enjoying every moment of it. When fall came I was back in my comfort zone cause the heavier clothing masked my weight issues. I was never able to fully shake this even when I started filling up a bit but what really did it for me was moving to the UK where the weather is almost always miserable. Introverts from a seasonal or warmer climate think they would feel better in a colder climate but let me tell you after many years of living in miserable weather conditions it finally made me realise how much I miss summer and warmth. This factor alone after so many years would make you wanna ditch the way you felt when you were younger and get a sense of wanting to live again.

I will probably always have to force myself to do social things lol. Its ok though, because at least I'm aware of it. I can't relate to the boreal winter-to- summer anxiety. Intertropical boy here. But I can say that the very same type of anxiety finds a way and slithers into the ecuatorial minds as well. Very sincere and enjoyable video. Thanks. My best wishes for your new phase.

    Hey there! Dealing with anxiety and insecurities can be tough, but know that you are not alone. Take small steps to manage your anxiety, such as practicing deep breathing or seeking support from a professional. Focus on your strengths and unique qualities, and practice self-compassion. Surround yourself with positive and supportive people who lift you up. And most importantly, remember that you are worthy and deserving of love and acceptance. Keep shining!

    A month or two ago I remember having the strongly felt thought: "This Summer will be great"
    And while it's close, and from time to time feels like it's practically here, I have no idea about the specifics of what would be involved in such a happening. But I won't plan for it much if at all. One thing is for sure though. This summer, I will absolutely make sure that as much as possible of this beautiful form of mine gets hugged by the sun's rays and heat. And if sunbathing naked in Central Park leads to friendship, then even better.

    I have a strange seasonal anxiety cycle. After winter: anxiety about activity pressure (same!), then over the summer my brain gets fried by the heat and humidity, so I actually end up being less active, at least mentally. Then comes the crisp air of the fall. My anxiety spikes again because my brain tells me it's time to prepare for school. I finished my last school almost 20 years ago...
