This came at the right time. I work from home and sitting has caused an immense amount of hip pain. I definitely will be getting this. Plus the light wood matches my desk perfectly!
I had to move and lost my stand-up desk. I'm hoping to get another! My neck pain is coming back. I definitely recommend it!
is there a desk converter that has a key board tray which slides in/out?
Thanks for making this 👍
Thanks for watching!
thanks for the video. The only issue I have is that the version you show on the main picture is not actually the same that you review… otherwise the info provided was good and well made video quality. Thanks
You're right. This video was filmed about 10 years ago and I no longer have it . "Couldn't take it with me when I moved!" so I had to download an image for the thumbnail. But they have newer models out now! 😃
Tks u
Mike, I have an HP 32" all-in-one desktop computer. It weighs 28 lbs. Will this riser support that weight?
Good question, the 32inch desk riser has a weight capacity of 33lbs. If your monitor/desktop is in the center, it should handle it just fine. My setup is a little lighter, but I have put my own weight into it and it seems sturdy!
Is there enough room + strength with this to incorporate a 3 arm monitor mount? I need 3 for work.. I really don't want to spend 500+ on a adjustable desk
Hi there, that would depend on how heavy your mount & monitors are and where it mounts at. This 32inch desk riser has a weight capacity of 33lbs. If you tally up your weight and it's less than that I'd say you're good to go!
The one in the link looks different... Which one is better?
The one in the video is an older model. Although I posted the video recently, I filmed this review years ago. They've likely updated and improved the model 😎👍🏼
My son is 6'3" tall though and still growing...maybe I need to raise his desk a little to use this
I'm 6 foot tall. I spend a lot of time at the desk. Having to look down at the monitors for a couple of years caused me really bad back and neck pain.
Being able to look up at the monitors has made a world of a difference. Whether it's a converter or a different standup desk, I highly recommend it.
Even in the sitting form, the monitors are raised relieving some neck pain.
Does the keyboard slide out more ? Or is it adjustable
This standing desk converter has a fixed keyboard tray. You cannot adjust it or slide it out.
@@NeedWantBuy thanks for the replay. Do you know how far forward it is away from the monitors ? I am trying to see if I could use my walk station under this on top of a kitchen counter ;). Thanks
Unfortunately I don't know and don't have a way to measure. I upgraded to an electric standup desk quite some time ago and sold this. It's still nice for converting standard tabletops to standup desks though!
@@NeedWantBuy all good thanks for the response
No problem. Good luck!
