A budget like your won't go far unless you thrift shop like going to Ross & similar stores. I'm considered poor by California means but most of my outfits are over $100. Thats considered cheap in the fashion world. If you want a new wardrobe your looking at around 1k or more depending on wear you shop.

Also, numbers are down because Democrat's have been in power, which means artificial inflation, bogus wars, elite/corporate fraud, special interest, O'bama's 3rd term, corrupt congress, all funneling our money out of the economy.
