The housing appreciation data came from bestplaces.net.. I would have to look up the answer to your 2nd question. Are you considering buying or selling in the area? Feel free to reach out 267-614-2101 Phillysuburbsliving@gmail.com
No way getting to center city Philly in 40 minutes from phoenixville. 50 minutes at 3:00 a.m. maybe… well over an hour and twenty any other time. Rush hour, forget it
This video is laughably inaccurate. I live in Jenkintown and even a year ago these numbers are completely wrong. Good luck finding a house in this town under 500k. And I’ve spent time in Phoenixville too and those numbers are also bonkers. If you’re looking to live in either of these places, find someone who knows a bit more about each of these markets. Good luck!
There are currently (1/21/25) 5 homes and 3 condos all listed under $500k in Jenkintown. I pulled the data in this video directly from the MLS. Wish you the best of luck finding your next home if you're looking! Hope you find what you're looking for! 😄

You can take the Norristown high speed line. Also a train route to center city is going to open up soon.
I agree .. Jenkintown is so much closer to the city. Plus you have the option of taking broad st downtown vs relying on 76.
