    Lots of art and culture, too! Longwood Gardens, Philadelphia Art Museum, Grounds for Sculpture, etc.
    Regarding winters, climate change is definitely here. I've noticed the pattern since at least 1998, up until then the warmest.
    Roads? Ever driven around the Detroit suburbs? Drivers? This is the tailgating capital of the country.
    Also, We're within a days drive of everything from Cape Cod/White Mountains/Berkshires/Hudson Valley/Adirondacks to Virginia Beach, Delaware shore, Shenandoah and many major Civil War battlefields for history buffs.

    Helpful video! Could you describe the allergy season(s) in the Philly area and do they bother you? Thanks!

      I have seasonal allergies in Spring and Fall. I would say the worst times for me are when the temperature fluctuates like crazy and has a sudden 20+ degree change from warm to cold back to warm all within 3-4 days.

    I don't live in the Philadelphia area. I hope to correct this tragedy soon! But as far as potholes and road conditions go, it is not just a Philly problem. The US does not like to build anything sustainable! I should finish compiling the notes of conversations I've had with a friend living in Copenhagen Denmark. And looking out my window, or driving to church here in Upstate New York, my god!

      Not all states are bad, must be a Northeast USA problem lol.
      I believe I saw your name come through looking at some homes on my website. Happy to help if you're looking to relocate here. Thanks for watching and adding input!

    Hi Mr Bair;
    Road Rage: I think R.R, is a reflection, of the political events, of the country. First.. and this is my concept, of what should happen. America, should shut down, all of its boarders; and be a closed country, for at lease twenty, to thirty years; much like Japan, did in the 1800s. We wouldn't have to export, our goods and services; ( all of the U.S products, would stay here. Oil? We have crude oil; in Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas and Alaska. America, wouldn't have go prop-up, any warring country, financial. ( Ukraine). Basically, be an America, first country. Hopefully, great things will develop in the coming Administration.
    People, are so frustrated, insidiously, that the emotions, are overwhelming.
    Merry Christmas 🎄🎁🎄

    Any comment on the crime rate?

      It would depend on which suburb you're referring to. You could check out city-data.com to check the rates.
