Hi sir/ mam my ultrasound shows I have a developing follicle in my right ovary of 18 mm and have a history of pcod and my uterus is mildly bulky 85x35x43 and I was in 20th day of my cycle please tell me do I have any issues please guide🙏 and my endometrium is 6.4😮 mm. Im 31 years old .
This is good u hv follicle. Lot of pcos pts conceive with or without medicines.

Yes , perhaps Dr will want to monitor growth , if there is some growth difference between mother LMP and fetus. If fetal heart rate is present and no bleeding , that is good.

TVS is more accurate, but if not available in yr area , Abdominal scan also gives a good result.
Little variation in size is not a big problem to conceive.

Good follicle is 19mm.

Yes there are chances.
These are not raptured follicles. Raptured follicle for ovulation has different appearance , and colour Doppler also helps.

This is good size follicle. There r different phases of endometrium from 1st day to last day of menstruation, triple line is good for conceiving.

Endometrial Thickness increases more at end of cycle. This is normal,
Dr gave u medicine for Ovulation, normally this ends before end of cycle. But yr consultant Dr will told u , which medicine is given , and when to stop.

This means that follicles are small , prolonged medications or hormonal imbalance causes problems.
Along with medicines what u can do is to max redhuce carbohydrate in all forms and reduce extra stress , and increase protein

Last month had a chemical pregnancy and this month day 18 shows pco should it be considered as pcos or pco?? For about 4 months did show up pco. Is it normal or should i diagnosis for pcos ??
Mild Pco changes are common, after miscarriage in some females , pco problem can mild increases , duo to medications, stress and wt gain. This is easily recoverable in 5/6 months , if u try to relax and control wt below 60kg.

Follicle is good , but Endometrium is Thin at 15 days , if correctly measured .
this sometimes decreases chances to conceive.

hormones thickens endometrium to prepare for upcoming pregnancy , it can vary , but it is approx. +7mm , and more increases later.

They suggested IVF because yr age is increasing. Yr egg is still little smaller,
U require 20 to 24mn size of egg to conceive if husband report is ok.
If u afford and hv facility in yr area u should try for ivf. it has also not 100% success rate , but increase yr chances to conceive,
Because of yr age , u should not waste time on other treatments.

These r likely not severe , but mild or more pco changes or hormonal imbalance.
It is good there was growing follicle.
U should consult a good gynecologist ,
Also husbands semen report should be ok.

These r PCO changes. Size after rapture is not significant, but 16 mm was little smaller , 19 to 24mm is good size to conceive.

16is last scan follicle , max it could be 17mm on next day , then next day it Raptured.

This seems to be large follicle, for ovulation there should be signs like raptured follicle , corpus luteum , in ultrasound report.

Pcod upto mild to moderate stage is easily cured with changes in life style and wt loss. But menstrual cycle can again become irregular , as recurrence is high if there is stress and wt gain.
