Although value is low , but it is good follicle u develop , endometrium thickness is also good. There are chances to conceive , with proper medications. and yr husband semen level should also be good +60%.

Yes , with mature follicle endometrium should be thickened to prepare to conceive. Duo to hormonal problems or sometimes in medicine induced ovulation, the Endometrium remains thin , this have less chances to conceive
I believe estrogen is used to thicken the endometrium before ovulation (trigger) progesterone used at this early stage can interfere with or prevent ovulation.

This is little smaller , 19mm is good size. But there are chances to conceive.
