- This place puts the "dirty" in Dirty Dining as evidenced by the long list of violations, which includes dirty and missing ceiling tiles, dirty baseboards, grout missing in floor tiles causing a bad stench to permeate the rear of the restaurant, and dirty, greasy floors with pooling water.

I believe that after certain amount of violations that they continue to commit they should not be able to operate restaurants any longer their licenses to be suspended

I’m Chinese and I suggest you don’t eat at Chinese restaurants in the states and in Canada. They ‘re unauthentic, oily, greasy, and dirty.
It's racism. An unconscious prejudice towards Chinese restaurants. Dirty China Man has been labeled since the 1850s. There are more than 40,000 Chinese restaurants in the US, more than all of the fast food chains combined. So, yeah there are bad apples but there are also much more good ones. Why don't KTNV report those good ones? Because they are also in the business of making money and so they harass small businesses to further their own success.
There are large chains that have low health grade scores. Why don't KTNV report on them? Because they know these large corporations will sue the crap out of them. So, they can only resort to pick on small businesses.

Dirty dining you guys should come to San Marcos California Pan Asia buffet I used to work there and it's nasty the practices are on sanitary I think chicken fell to the floor and they scoop it up and put it back in the batter I see them grab utensils from the dirty dishwasher pile and stir some type of batter for dessert the walkings are dirty nothing is labeled older Chinese men that work there don't wash their hands the kitchen escaped with grease they don't frequently wash the pants and stuff that they use to cook the stuff in this is Pan Asia buffet in San Marcos they have another one in Escondido California
