I have worked in restaurants you want to check the restroom if it's not clean and there's a lot of things that I make a smell good, don't eat there and one thing a lot of these places that coffee pots which is made out of a glass of course. Honestly I think that if your restaurant is this bad and yet you either don’t care enough to go on a deep clean regularly and get a exterminator and food is inappropriately thawing, your restaurant should be shut down permanently and will be ordered to never try to start a food establishment and will be arrested and get a lengthy sentence if they defy that order.
It takes time, effort, and money to keep it up to standard. This will continue to be an issue because the penalties and fines are too low. It’s similar to the curuptiin in the stock market, it happens regularly because it’s the fines are laughable.
If somebody reports them to the health district, they cannot give the health district inspectors orders to leave because it's against the law to poison the public willfully or accidentally.
I learned to cook when I was 14 years old, today I am 50, and I have never gone out to eat! "restaurants" I have always said that no restaurant or kitchen, nor does it hygienically prepare food better than me!
