and sadly there nothing t wait for. its a pso2 ngs deal in japan. small game run by gacha that get a real content update 2 time a year. so far as i know BP got now content updates. really a badly made game that have nice look to it and a nice story. the game make you replay the same 5(?) dungeons over and over for any new mission board.
It’s always Bandai tho I’m not surprised if it’s a development issue I mean just look at the way they did connections and we still waiting on a patch update this year is already breaking my heart with anime games hopefully the end of the year will be amazing

Amazon initially planned to release 'Throne and Liberty' in the second quarter. However, they are currently unable to do so because Amazon also wants TL to be available in the console version. While the game is ready to go for PC, we have to wait because Amazon prioritizes maximizing profit. This delay implies that 'Blue Protocoll' will likely be released in the third or fourth quarter. Personally, the hype has significantly dwindled for me. BP has been on my wishlist for almost a year and a half, and Steam still lists it as 'coming soon.' When is this 'soon'? As I mentioned earlier, it seems it will remain on my wishlist for another 6 months, and they keep us waiting indefinitely, as evidenced by the lack of updates on Steam, which is not their fault.

The game was announced in the first half of 2019, for fuck's sake. Why should I keep holding out hope for this mediocre game when, within the last few years of waiting, numerous games have been released that easily outclass anything Blue Protocol could even dream to do? Why would I spend my time and money playing Blue Protocol, within the next few years after more delays, when I could spend my time playing FF14, Dragon's Dogma 2, Elden Ring, Elden Ring DLC, FF16, TOTK, BG3, or any other recently released RPG? Blue Protocol was only interesting when it was initially revealed and promised to release much MUCH sooner. Now, it's too late and I highly speculate that the money it would take to Westernize (de-shit-ify) the game would cost much more than the money they'd make from western sales. Everyone that cared either has a family, working their career, forgot, or died. Making people wait 5+ years is a perfect way to make your game DOA.
for the most parts yes. what we got is really mediocre game. there no real MMO scope there. there like 2 (2!!!!) maps that are separated in to smaller zones. that's it.
The worst is already having all the knowledge about this game bcs of the Jpnese version and not being able to play it.. Bro that's mad, We're end of Jan!!..

They did add a completely new continent and storyline for it, plus many new challenge-based instance dungeons with rare rewards. sadly, I'm not able to list them by name at the moment.
I think you're over-estimating the amount of overlap between the two games. Just because they're both MMO's doesn't meant they're necessarily fighting for attention from the same crowd. I know plenty of people who will never touch a "trash weeb game" and equally as many people who are "tired of western woke trash" or "pay to win korean garbage". The two games were not designed to capture the same audience, beyond the genre.
I'm not saying it is the main reason, but that it could be one of the contributing reasons for the delay because they're both MMO live service games, so the users overlap to some extent.
Project Mugen and zenless zone zero are coming, I hope Blue protocol don't sleep on the point...
They waited too long. Now, the new hype is for GTA6 & Monster Hunter for 2025.
I don't think they're going to delay until 2025, as that would kill the game's potential by a lot.

After-all, lets not forget T&L is a PvP focused game, and BP has literally zero PvP. That alone will already rule out a huge overlap.
