Had the chance to meet Austin in Tampa 2023. Was very impressed by him. It wasn't until after we got home from Tampa that I realized he was the owner's son, but that didn't diminish my favorable thoughts on how well he represented the brand. Never once saw any hint of arrogance or entitlement. A very cordial and professional young gentleman.
Austin will be the CEO of Grand Design someday and is a great and knowledgeable salesman. I love the Grand Design models and the quality. Thanks for a great review.

Im an Imagine owner (16ML), and love what they are doing with floor layouts. However, I would love this line of trailers have a lower clearance - perhaps only needing a 2 step entry vs a 3 step. Somewhere between what they have now and what they are doing with the Serenova. Just my 2 cents.
@romaldemgle5867 you're misinformed as it's the smaller 5ths too and the travel trailers as well not to even take into account the I beams of the frames on even the smallest travel trailers as well having cracks in them...not hating just speaking 100% truth is all 👍

Have they fixed all the water intrusion problems in the slide outs. Sounds like they never notified the owners of 2017 - 2021 Grand Design Imagines when they settled that lawsuit ever so quietly. This company no longer has any credibility Matt and they are being put on notice by a lot of current and former Grand Design RV owners. Gaslighting their customers will come at a cost to them.

Any mention of frame flex or frame failure and any changes they're making to beef things up?
Yea right. They won’t admit anything is wrong.
No fixes as cargo carrying capacity is still lowest in the industry...meaning cheaper thinner frames that can't handle the weight
