HI What brands of monofilament magazines are compatible with the G&G L85? Thank you
If I have the version with the mechanical contacts and I have the semi auto problem.What are my options as I dont have the ETU.
@@war113 best options are, a high torque motor, inline MOSFET (like a perun AB++) and a decent 11.1V lipo.
where did you get the gearbox from looking to replace one of my own
I picked it up second hand by someone building a custom hpa build in a g&g body. I'm pretty sure g&g will supply a whole etu gearbox on request
I am very Curious about the gearbox durability. Would it be able to withstand high power spring? Or will the gearbox crack like a v2? M160
3.0j full auto, gearbox is amazing, invincible
Is it just me or do you have a maxx model m4 hop unit in there?
It is indeed. I lost some parts of my original hop unit so had to replace it and decided to have a go with a maxx pro.

@@sash762 it was a drop in part for me but I have heard of other people having issues
I have the G&G L85 AFV ( L22 proper name ) and i ended up disabling the blow back, caused too many problems.
I agree disabling it is the best way forward in prolonging your gearbox life, but I just love the clack clack clack too much!
@English Kiwi I've looked for ways to keep it in and minimise problems but every time i do it, it double feeds, cool gun though
@@alexwest6469 Can't say I've ever had any issues with mine double feeding because of the EBB. Been using it for coming on 9 years now I think.
