I have applied quick beads five months ago to the family truckster and it still looks glossy. Yes the water beads are oblong and larger but the vehicle sits outside 24/7. Every product from DIY has exceeded my expectations. Fab your truck looks amazing!
@@rmat9023just means it’s doesn’t have tight water beads and probably sheets more now. Basically the protection got weaker but it’s still there doing it’s job.

Absolutely LOVE quick beads. I enjoy it better than Wet coat, hydro blue, and 303 touchless.. the hydrophobics a great but the GLOSS is awesome. Great video brother!
Have not tried it yet, but DIY Details rinseless wash and the Ceramic Gloss combo are outstanding. I have never dried a car as easily while laying down protection.
I did some beta testing for DIY Detail... Quick Beads, Rinesless Wash, Incredible Suds, Ceramic Gloss and one of their first ceramic coatings. DIY Detail is is the real deal!
Used it for the first time yesterday as a topper on my vehicle which is ceramic coated. I don’t know what I did wrong but it streaked like crazy. I followed the directions to a t. I didn’t use a lot, cool vehicle, out of the sun, sprayed bottom up, didn’t let it dry. it’s a black vehicle, super cool product, I’ll give it another try for sure but that is a downer
Mckee’s has a product does the same thing, graphene hydro protect ,something like that. I used it and was impressed. Probably same company making it for them….
Hi, I’ve just read on DIY detail’s fb page, someone applied quick beads, rinsed off and then followed it up by applying DIY’s ceramic gloss, is that a good idea? I’m a 67 year old newbie to this, but I will say his truck looked amazing.
It looks like you’re using a Adams blower for drying. Have you use a leaf blower? Wondering if it works the same or if theres something special about using that blower instead.
Yes it is the Adams blower. I have used a leaf blower multiple times before I got the Adams blower. Leaf blower works ok but the dedicated blower from Adams cuts the time in half. It has a more direct air flow out of the nozzle unlike leaf blowers that kind of spread the air out as it comes out the nozzle if that makes sense.
You showed doing your wheels first but I still gotta go up top and do my hood of my truck and also what about around the door frame you didn’t show that and what about the roof I mean you have to put the product on and wait and then rinse it off but it’s still falling down on what you previously supposed to be protecting. Another words it seems like you should start with the hood of your vehicle and work down, I’m still confused.
Basically, anyone that doesn't have an indoor place to wash their vehicle can't use this product. Guess you could take your vehicle to one of those coin operated pressure washer places and use it. Most of us in the south don't have trees or shade at our houses.
Nah you can use it outside, try the method of spraying it into the water stream of your hose while spraying. It frighin works. If you truly don't have shade, try it that way, you won't be sorry

It’s such a good product! Thank you

I would say it’s better then Wet Coat! Thanks for watching
Imho DIY quick beads is better than web or others. The gloss is impressive

Reach out to DIY detail and see what they say. I have used it several times and haven’t had a problem with it. Thanks for watching
Did you ever come back and try again? Curious if you had the same results?
Did you shake it and let it sit for 30secs
Yvan nailed it with this product.
Yes he did!
Why from bottom up? Most products like this say top down? I haz confuse....
The water is spreading the DIY Detail Quick Beads, your not rinsing it off
Just like they said above you are spreading the product out when rinsing bottom up.
Awesome vid!!
I definitely want to try this one👍🏻

I’ve used Hydro Blue from Mckees but not the one you mentioned. They could be the same I don’t know.
It’s called hydro graphene ceramic coating…..
What brand, model of blow dryer do you use? Are you happy with it? Would it work well for drying a harley ultra limited. ,thanks
It’s an Adam’s Air Cannon. I love it when drying my Ultra Classic and wheels on cars.

How does this compare to gyeon wetcoat v2
Awesome video. I’m currently using Seal N Shine for the winter. Can this be used over Seal N Shine do you know? Or should I remove it first? Thanks.
Thanks! Yes you can use this on top of any form of protection
@@FABAutomotiveDetailing thank you. Keep up the great work!

Yes that is a great combination. You are basically using Ceramic Gloss as your drying aid.
do you have to make sure to remove old wax or ceramic sprays on surface before using??
No this can be used on top of any existing protection!
Can you use this on a ceramic coated vehicle?
Yes.
Absolutely!

How does it compare to Wet Coat?
I think it’s better!
How many washes and how long does it last until the beading is gone?
I can’t answer the washes but it lasts a couple months no problem.
I get pretty bad streaking with Quick Beads. Did you get any streaking?
I did not and have not on what I have tried it on. Typically streaking will come from using to much product.
what blower are you using?
It’s the Adam’s polishes air cannon. I absolutely love that thing.
Do you have to blow dry? Can you use a microfibre towel?
No you don’t have to blow dry a towel will be just fine.
@@FABAutomotiveDetailing Thank you.

Surprised you didn’t comment on the smell.
Actually I was just thinking about that earlier that I didn’t mention it. The grape smell is so nice with it.
I like wetcoat by Gyeon
I like Wetcoat also but this is even better and seems to last longer also especially on the paint.

There's a superior product out there that does the sametime basically for pennies Brian why this one,
I’be never used any superior products so I can’t speak to that.
