She definitely knows. There is so much proof on the web nowadays. Exactly why Courtney has recently said in an interview to stay “tf offline” 😂. Moved to the UK in 2019 and has recently deleted her ig. She’s scared
I feel so bad for Joe and for Kurt to have had to get yelled at the way Joe describes Courtney yelling for hours even if Kurt had left, I've been in a relationship like that, mentally abusive, a little physical abuse, but sometimes the mental abuse is worse. I've had almost 8 years of emdr therapy because of it. Poor Kurt😢 Courtney was is such a monster
Went through it to both of us addicted to opiates and coke and she'd scream for hours I'd leave come back 10 hours later and she'd still be there yelling she cheated on me with a close friend now they have kids and she makes his life hell😂
@donaldcaggiano907 yeah especially when you know somethings wrong and the trauma comes up with many different things in daily life, then digging into these bad memories and accepting them but letting myself know it's OK to let them go is very refreshing. Some people can do it on their own and some need help.

Thanks for saying this. Feel like it confirmed my first impression of Joe. Don't know if it's just me but it seems like every time he mentions Kurt's name he starts to get emotional and has to hesitate to compose himself. Just seems like a lot of love between Joe and Kurt but more than love, there was trust. Trust was the greatest gift that he could ever give to Kurt. A rare friendship that made Kurt the richest man in the world. Thank you Joe and may you RIP Kurt.
I finally went to see the band Earth live in May near Boston…. In between sets I went outside the venue to smoke a cigarette and I see Dylan Carlson outside talking to fans so I went up and said hello to him and told him I loved his music but I would have never found out about his band if it wasn’t for hearing about him through documentaries about Kurt and I swear to God he had the most GUILTY look on his face and I’m really good at reading people and when that happened it made me feel even more that all these years my intuition that Dylan knew more than what he would admit
I didn't know Kurt well. I was just one of the casual acquaintances that he met on the Ave. and because I used dope too. I did not hang around him and sponge heroin off him, though. I liked to pay for my own drugs. I feel so bad that Joe even had to go through all that crap with the Seattle PD, not even being interested in finding out whether Kurt was murdered or not. I just think that the detectives at that moment in the 1990s thought that Kurt was a bad example for a whole generation of kids. They sort of blamed him for popularizing heroin. Which would have appalled him. I think they were jealous of his success. And I think they made a snap judgement that Kurt had been self destructive, so suicide made sense to them. But they did it without even closely examining the circumstances of his death. There have always been things about his death that didn't make any sense. But the HUGE RED FLAG is that Courtney's friend/business manager said Courtney left her backpack at her house and when she looked inside of it, she saw the letter that she later realized was the so-called "suicide note"! And Courtney supposedly retrieved it before she went to L.A. to rehab. So then we see that the last 4 lines look like a bad forgery. And the entire rest of the note reads like an announcement that he was leaving Nirvana so he could do solo stuff. He was sick of being manipulated like a puppet by the record company and the fans. And I know he was very concerned about whether he'd ever be able to actually kick heroin. He had to be wanting to be a good father to Frances Bean. At least that's what he told me once when we talked. I was at Cafe Roma(Coma) and he came up and started talking to me about several things that were really bothering him. I think he just wanted to have a person he didn't know very well to bounce some things off of. To vent more or less. He said he and Courtney were fighting all the time and that she was just using him. He didn't want Courtney to end up with total custody of Frances Bean, and he had already decided to divorce her. So he said. He asked me what I thought about methadone and I gave him the worst piece of advice I've ever given anyone in my life. I'll always regret what I said. I hadn't tried using methadone for recovery at that point in my life. So I told him it seemed to me like just trading one addiction for another and that he should keep trying to get completely clean. But if I knew then what I know now, I would have told him that it might save his life. If he just used methadone the way it was supposed to be used and stayed away from the heroin and everything else he could start to function normally and build a regular life. I know Kurt used over a gram each time just in order to get high. I only met him the first time at one of the motels on N. Stone Ave. waiting for our dealer to show up. I've been trying to think of when that conversation at Cafe Roma was and I think it might have been in late 1993, but I need to really try to remember because I left Seattle for awhile shortly before he died. I wish I had known him better because I would have offered him a safe quiet place to hide out when he needed it. It was so obvious that he was in a giant pressure cooker with all the people after him. Between the record company, and Courtney, and the dope, and his friends and acquaintances, and the fans and I suppose his band mates too, it must have been immense. I think Courtney might have had some weird obsession with Sid and Nancy and with Kurt joining the "27 club"? Like Janis and Jimmy and Jim and so many others.
Holy shit. That must've been a trip copping dope with Kurt Cobain!? And I believe you. Usually I would think "that's bullshit and made up" but I feel like you are being truthful. I could listen/read little stories like this about Kurt all day. And don't feel bad about the Methadone advice. Back in those days it was different. I'm only 40 years old but I had a HUGE battle with dope, Suboxone/Subutex, been on Methadone for almost 3 years now, etc. I still do dip and dab with dope (stupidly), but I know lots of people who were getting high back in the early to mid 90's and they've told me how different it was then. Ultimately it was up to Kurt to figure out what to do with his own life. You did nothing wrong.
@@rogergriffin9893 hey Roger! So we are actually looking for info like this to include in the extensive case challenge. Things that speak to his system of mind. We've actually had quite a few people come forward that had either hung out with or ran into Kurt around the same time that you've mentioned! Would you be willing to talk about your experiences? Not only about Kurt but the scene in general around that time?
This is the most believable eyewitness account of his existence at the end that I think I’ve heard anywhere in the last 30 years. #JusticeForKurt #30YearsLater.
For many years now a lot of Kurt's fans like me for instance have grown up with the Kurt and Courtney footage and felt put off. Joe plays drums on the legendary second half of "Earth 2" and Aspirin Feast was known to be a favorite of Kurt's. He is the real deal. I believe him.
No. God, if you exist, do not bless Joe. He is a fraud. He was watching a couple of guys dragging Kurt to his demise, and din nothing to help him. Joe was watching Kurt being abused by these people who manipulated him to host them and for thanking him, they pushed him to overdose, suspiciously dragged him upstairs and after all, shot him. Joe didn't protect his friend, if the guy knows what friendship means. If he stood up for Kurt, while they manhandled him into the Greenhouse, maybe Kurt would still be alive now. If you saw a friend of yours being handled like that, wouldn't you do something to help? Try to stop them from overdosing your friend, for example? Joe did nothing. And this is suspicious : he either was just a stray, looking for free dope by playing friend with Kurt so he didn't care when he saw them manhandling Kurt, or he was aware that something bad is about to happen and just let things take their course, unwanting to participate (nor in favour, or against Kurt).
I hope Joe can get clean one day. There's a better way. I was a junkie for 10 years addict for 25 . It took 5 years after cleaning up to get back to who I am but it's soo worth it it really is. To think I used to think I was weak minded nope beaten heroin cocaine speed methadone. Probably too strong minded tbh but I've had to be it's tough out there and I was a proper pusdy as a child and I faked it until I actually became fairly tough problem with that is, I still want to resort to violence i don't today it hurts me now as much. Verbal violence is still a small problem but only when extremely pissed and I feel justified. God bless you Joe and all people suffering. In my thoughts regularly. Really does upset me today. Decriminalisation is the key imo. War on drugs war on addicts more like.

If we could all just come together because its going to take tens of thousands to come together and make a serious push to have just 6 questions answered. #1. Why were the people that were supposedly looking everywhere for Kurt even though he was at the property NOT EVEN QUESTIONED to see if everything lines up and fuckery couldn't be a possibility. #2. The police have admitted the heroin level was indeed fatal. With that said how could he do that hit then clean his "fix kit" up, roll down his sleeve, grab and work shotty. #3. Where was the gun powder residue that should of been all over his hands along WITH THE SHELL ON THE WRONG SIDE OF BODY. #4. Where is the missing credit card that everybody knows Kurt had because it's how he bought the plane tickets. Also this missing credit card h,ad attempts made for withdrawals after Kurt was dead. #5. Why didn't the police even mention that the phone call from Kurts mother to them that he was suicidal ACTUALLY WAS COURTNEY LOVE and she is on record saying as much. #6 Which ties into 2, 3 & 5 and that is WHERE ARE THE FINGERPRINTS! They said he was able to take the shells out of the box, load the shotgun, write a note, stab a pen thru it, put away his "fix kit" and pop himself WITHOUT LEAVING A FINGERPRINT and he did some of theee things after doing a good amount or as the police have said a "fatal" amount of heroin along side the valium in his root beer!!! THESE ARE 6 FACTS THAT I FEEL SHOULD BE ANSWERED BY AUTHORITIES!! Even if they only answer 5 out of the 6 that would be ok for me. But EVERYBODY NEEDS TO COME TOGETHER AND MAKE A SERIOUS PUSH FOR THESE THINGS TO BE ADDRESSED ALREADY. Leave all the other stuff in the background for now. Just open the door with these 6 things that we all can agree on and come together to make a push for this.!!
Freaking stop kurt bought a rifle himself and one of his quotes was 'im at the end of my ropes' and has a song called i hate myself and want to d**, and tried suici** in rome, just read between the lines he was sick of this world and like any addict and just wanted the pain to stop
The police have NOT admitted the heroin level was indeed fatal. There's also nothing in the autopsy report to suggest he died from OD'ing. Wouldn't want the truth to get in the way of your belief ey?
I can answer some of those questions for ya. 1. They didn't need to question Tom he was already there giving them his statement. And the other person Dylan was questioned by the police. 2. When the police spoke about the extremely high level of morphine (admittedly a deadly amount) they claimed that he would of had a minute or two before the drug would have killed him. (does not account for effects the drug would of had on him immediately). 3. The claim they didn't test for GNR, the comment was made that it would have been tested positive no matter the scenario because of the small space in which the gun was fired. The shell on the wrong side, they answered this with the ridiculous notion that the gun spun around when fired. Or it hit the arm used to pull the trigger and bounced to the other side. 4. There was never a missing credit card, Kurt never had his card, I believe Courtney had the card and Cali had one as well, the purchases made were not made by Kurt, however the plane tickets and the driving service was made by Kurt without the card present, this is on the credit card bill where it says the card was no present at the time of purchase. 5. It wasn't a phone call from Wendy it was the police report, which Courtney admitted to placing. This fact is of little to no value to the police, it wasn't a false police report after all (in a sense). 6. The SPD has never claimed that there were no fingerprints found, they've stated that the finger prints found are illegible (unreadable). (Maybe today's tech can match them). The real question here and I answer it on my channel, but it is WHERE on the gun were the finger prints found????? And the answer is provided to you by the SPD. There are several images of the finger prints on the gun, what's interesting is they line up with the scenario that someone was holding the gun on the top of the stock area. I made a video that explains this but the info is out there. Oh and the valium in the root beer is a rumor there's no evidence that this is true. In my opinion as indicated by the toxicology report, it was a Benso found in his blood, and even though valium is a Benzo so is Rohypnol. There's a huge issue that continues to get worse when it comes to this case and that is the amount of mis-information that keeps getting regurgitated and it muddy's up what actually took place. An inference should only be made when the weight of the facts support it. We should be focusing on the facts and what we can actually prove and not speculation or conjecture. Hope this helps
@@finnon5 If you're so enamored with the truth you should, do your homework before commenting. I say this because the spokesman for SPD who re-examined the case did indeed verify the amount of Morphine (not Heroin) in his blood was a lethal amount. And there's nothing to really suggest OD'ing in the Autopsy Report, there was fluid found because if you have a hole in the roof of your mouth blood tends to flood down into your throat, lungs ect.

This dude wasn't Kurt's friend. He knew him, but he was Dylan Carlson's friend..he even 'plays' (a couple of distant bangs) on Earth's second album's third track, "Like Good and Faceted". Damn, he looking rough. I would take his words with a grain of salt. Especially after 30 years.
Why this guy never tried to get justice for Kurt, a close friend of his, as he claims to be? All these years, he has done nothing for justifying Kurt. And we 're talking about 30 years... Not just 2-3 years, but 30! If he tried to bring out the true facts about Kurt's death, at that time, he would benefit for himself also, through the publicity he would get. He was a musician and musicians want publicity. Instead, he said nothing for years. He left his (so-claimed) friend, Kurt, be left defenceless against all courtney's lies, even after his death. And what kind of friend let's his buddy been overdruged, manhandled upstairs to overdose, without interfering to save him, in the first place? What kind of friend lets other people put in danger a loved and respected person? And if so, after all this, he shuts his mouth for 30 years? Why? Why hiding the truth? Why comes out now? And, even now, at his late years, he does not tell all the truth. And he is clever enough (or driven) to speak clouded and untrustworthy nonsense, being high, so that he can't be taken seriously, especially if it came to court.
@@amalthea4333 would you rather that he didn't speak up at all? I don't agree with the fact that he didn't go straight to the authorities either but the important thing is that he is now. @@WhoKilledKurtOrg But, in fact, he didn't go to the authorities , even now. He is interviewed by people who want to find clues about Kurt' s death. You are not a police officer, you are not a DA, or a Judge. He was approached by you. I can’t speak on his beliefs because I don’t know him, but I will say that when people are in a bad situation, place in life, mental state, under the influence, etc. they will do things that they never would want to do when in their right mind. First time I heard there were people in the house at the time, I'm in my 50's , Crazy that a recovered Kirsten Pfaff died when she went to Seattle to get her belongings. Justice for kurt and closure for Francis ❤

@@Wizzy678that still wouldn’t change how shitty the investigators did a job on this
The police have NOT admitted the heroin level was indeed fatal.

Why can’t he wear his red shirt? Also, why are your questions being silenced? I’m seriously confused 🤔

Thanks for posting this. Who Killed Kurt has pushed this story back into prominence. Curious: Have you contacted Richard Lee? Dude is a unique character but also offers a wealth of knowledge about Kurt's murder.

@@jordanstevenson4887 it will not be anything like soaked in Bleach. From our understanding Ben Statler is working on a SIB2 but hasn't begun production.
RE the 300 per day atm limit: couldn’t he just go into a bank and withdrawal more money in person?? I know there’s lobby hours, etc. But still-this seems odd they couldn’t get around that.
So Kurts death here definetly appears to be assisted suicide. And by those close to him. Wow
I'm not saying this isn't true, but does anyone know who this dude is? Has anyone from the band ever mentioned knowing him or anything? I know people have their personal lives that we don't know about but we've never heard of this dude, and Kurt was deep in the public eye then.

Me too, for sure.

I’ve done research and am suspicious of this man. Whether he intends racist meanings is not clear, however the white cross is nearly identical to the version used by white power hate groups. Stuff like wesley willis and classic rock. I was born aprill 11th 1990. So i remember vividly in 94 my dad picking me up from my gramas for my birthday that weekend and him telling me kurt killed himself. It was my first real understanding of death and feeling really sad about it. As a kid seeing kurt on mtv and hearing all the music. As a kid hes like larger than life ya know. I can’t speak on his beliefs because I don’t know him, but I will say that when people are in a bad situation, place in life, mental state, under the influence, etc. they will do things that they never would want to do when in their right mind.
