Hi, remote is not provided with this infotainment system. This infotainment system comes with JBL sound system. Toyota uses Pioneer or Panasonic brand in most of its models. We are not sure about the make of infotainment system in Hycross.

Hi, it is a very common issue with Carplay. The latency (echo) is caused by sound from the different mics arriving at different times.

How to do call with voice command in apple car play

Once the phone is connected for apple car play, you can use the voice command switch on the steering wheel and then you can say the command with contact name as saved in your phone. For Example: "Call Krishan Kumar".
