Lol! Put the spring on the kickstand first. Second, attach the spring to the frame. Third, finally, put the pivot bolt in while holding the kickstand in the most 'up' position! The spring is in the least stretched position when up against the stops.
Works great on all my Hondas

Hi, can you tell me how far apart the shafts are from center to center on the jackshaft and the center of the bottom shaft to the center of the rear axle bolt and can you show and tell how you did the rear sprocket plate for the wheel and you did not show how you did the sprocket from the motor to the first sprocket on the top shaft the chain from the motor and the chain is 420 what did you use for that sprocket? I think this bike looks good.

3 chains instead of one chain is 3x more reliable, right?

How come you connected the brakes backwards?
The front brake should be on the right and rear on the left or am I missing something?

Honestly it doesn’t matter. That’s how I always had them.

I know it doesn't matter it just seems strange to me, never ridden a bike with the brakes backwards.
Do you also put the clutch on the right instead of left on your bikes?
I'd kill myself on a bike with the front bake on the left, much the same as using your clutch foot on the brakes when driving a manual (stick shift) car, you'd press way too hard as you're used to pressing the clutch to the floor ;)
Loving the project, can't wait to see it finished 🙌 😀
