When using site designer on contours to make roads, the contours change and some overlap the road. How do you go back and make these overlap contours go away? It look like you did it at 1:27.
Thankz for watching Kevin Hicks,. ;). You can try do it again, just repeat the process sometimes it will work on the second try and fixed the contour overlap. If still overlap on the road, click the "toposurface" and EDIT, adjust the contour "points". Hope this time will work, good luck!
Thank you for your videos and help. would be very helpful to see more scenarios using these same techniques on different slopes etc. Roads, sidewalks, parking. there isn't a lot of videos using site designer in Revit.

Thankz for watching Jason Lloyd, you can use "Floor" creator under Architecture Ribbon for your sidewalk. For Material, Go to "Edit Type" of your road/kerb then click "Edit Structure" and choose material you like in the layer. good luck!
Not sure what Revit version you are using in the video but I am using site designer in Revit 2017. When I try to remove a section of curb I am not given the option to edit curb family as you are in the video. Is there a work around for this or does anyone have any other suggestions?
Very good. Great. I am using revit 2018, but when editing the curb I can not enter to edit this family. Notice like this (There are no curb features in the this mode revit). Help

@@NonStopLearning101 is it true Revit 2022 doesn’t have site designer plug in any more, and one have to rely on 3D civil for all the cool road modeling functions ? I know they enhance the interoperability brow 3D civil and Revit. Thank you.

I found the speed to be perfect. Those who find it to be fast, they have the option to slow the speed down under the settings button.
