So I've gotten a bunch of comments asking specifically how I set this up or if I can share this rom. This pin isn't for the latter. Sharing a Pokemon ROM file online publicly (on an account with my personal information) is more than likely a one way street straight down to the depths of UA-cam hell and sorrow. Despite everything I am fond of the concept of keeping my UA-cam channel because I kind of like it. The software I used though is PK3DS, but it isn't just as simple as "Put in .3ds rom and randomize" like a lot of GBA or DS games. It's a bit more complex and I am in no way capable of making a coherent video on how to use PK3DS, I would heavily advise looking up videos on how to get it working, but once you do you can randomize/set whatever you want. Want every store to have rare candies for 10 Pokedollars each? Sure, I guess. Want to randomize the story and game text? Please don't, but I guess you can. Move Stats? Hell yeah make Tackle a 999 base power move. Also why shouldn't Magikarp learn Spacial Rend at level 15? I think he's more than capable. More specifically for this I just randomized trainers with essentially the same randomization I outlined in the beginning. 2X Multiplied level, GEN 1-6 including game legends and event legends, ensure random mega evolutions and random mega forms, FORCE FULLY EVOLVE AT LEVEL 1, Min Pokemon is at 6, Max Pokemon is at 6, high-powered attacks are at level 25, random held items, random abilities, max IV's, random trainer classes, max trainer AI. There's a few I'm probably missing here but you get the jist. Just go ham with the "Trainer Battle Randomizer" selection. I won't give a step by step tutorial on this because it's just getting PK3DS to work, and there's dozens of tutorials out there for that, but this is for clarity. Hope you're having a great day, cheers!

Yeah, no Stealth Rock by leveling up. We do not have access to the Stealth Rock Move Tutor until post game which is entirely worthless for us. The only other Pokemon that learn it by leveling up in that game are all hidden Pokemon in Mirage areas (ala Boldore and Onix) or just aren't unlocked until post game.
I feel like people overstate the easiness of base ORAS a little bit, especially when XY is right there as the overly easy Gen 6 game.
