This is just corporate speak for "too bad, suck it" Basically all the people who have already ordered their cube are stuck with a defective product while they "communicate with their production team" or whatever
It’s like the Weilong pyra. As you can see in the v10 it is using the same transparent core as the first Weilong batch had before people complained of breaking problems. However, newer Weilong pyraminx batches started using a much sturdier core, so I hope Moyu does the same with the v10.
Hi Alex I had a similar problem with my weilong v10 as the day I got it I was doing some solves and the core snapped I tried contacting the supplier but nothing could be done about it if I were to ever by a moyu cube I wouldn’t buy a v10 as it’s quite fragile
@kaibeh no,my core was broken,like snapped out. My tornado v3 pioneer is old model and use plastic ball core and that plastic ball core snapped, it's not even pop out, it's completely snapped out half way through the core.
Same thing happened with the RS3M 2022 (forgot which year) Ball core. The ball core would crack and wasn't stable and Moyu stated that it was the paint and the newer ones would use different materials (kinda forgot)
It was the super v1, somehow in my case only like an eighth of the core snapped off, which is strange because nothing should make contact with the core. Still works tho, just 7 core magnets lol

the tornado could be put back together the amount of people who just tossed theirs away are so dumb. It literally was just a screw design which you put back in and rotate

THE SAME THING HAPPEND TO ME AND THE SAME CENTER PIECE LOL. I am now contacting the seller in lazada if i can have a refund since this happened a week after it arrived

i think because of the modified edge piece that is meant to prevent popping made it so that it took out a center piece. i dont know if the cube comes at to loosest setting and its still tight af but the cube no matter how tight it is shouldn't pop a center piece without having an ability to put it back
give moyu a break smh, gan does it, qiyi does it. makes the cube lighter and allthat, this is quite litterally i think moyus first plasitc core and its already better than the tv3's qc and other cubes on thier first attempt, pretty sure they did just fine
that sounds like a you abuse your cubes problem ngl, i have like 20 moyu cubes and i treat them well (other than the one i threw at the wall but its still doin fine) and none of em broke

the core comes out you just have to push it in and rotate it clockwise there's a video on the cubicle on how to fix it happened to me also

i paid 40$ for this cube,no channel in youtube said anything about the durability.i should have gone for the basic uv version.

Moyu should be get a gan cube for the gan's core and test how durable is it😅
