I think they rushed it a bit. Some power ups are too op, like the istant kill one or the homing projectile one, meanwhile others are not so great, for instance the bubbles that only deal 300 damage per bubble or the pineapple that deals less than 1500 damage.

how do u not put the spatula as the best one is beyond me... leon (and every other brawler) is able to oneshot anybody even tanks now without getting punished for it. its by far the best one even tier 1 spatula against any other tier 3
