In terms of disciplined thought processes vs. undisciplined ones, do you have a certain “trick of the trade” you use to stop your mind from wondering or thinking thoughts outside of the disciplined lifestyle you’re striving for?
I’m not necessarily asking about responding to situations so much as I’m talking about merely focusing your mind toward something and not wasting your mental capital on the undisciplined thoughts that will drag you down. Does that make sense?

This is the fundamantal human challenge. Like muscles in the body, there are no tricks. Build strength, skill, and coordination.
