Great vid, thank you. No percolator is definitely less than ideal. Camp coffee can indeed be great. Boil the coffee and grinds, once “cooked”, remove from heat. Then shock the pot of coffee with 1 cup of cold water. The grinds sink and there’s no need to strain.
Awesome video guys. I wanted to extend a thank you from myself and all the locals to this area and say thank you for not exploiting our local sacred fishing waters. It’s easy for us to tell exactly where you are but not for people who have never been here. Thanks for not dropping the names of the rivers. One of my favorite parts of fishing is finding rivers like these on my own, it’s like treasure hunting but with fish. Those bull trout can be tricky but when you get into them it’s like nothing else. Keep up the good content and thanks again from a local.

A boat and 10 rods... The american way of fly fishing. In old Europe we just need one rod and a good meal. But your river are marvelous, they deserve mor elegance.
Ordered some flies from the guys and accidentally ordered the wrong crayfish pattern but I was so impressed I’m keeping them and just gonna order more they seem to have so high quality flies
First time watching your show, I enjoyed alot. I live in Juneau AK and we only have creeks here and only a couple are that clear. We primarily use streamers and wet flies here because there are no real hatches the fish rely on. You guys definitely made me want to try some dry fly and nymph fishing though good show I think I will subscribe. Keep em coming!
Love you guys, thanks for all the great videos. Do have a question though. Just past the 3min mark, there's a snip of some tippet after tying a fly. Are yall snipping tippet into the water and not catching/throwing it away? Hope not! Those bits of plastic do harm out here.

The opening coffee bit had me hurting so bad. Look up how to make cowboy coffee. Do the same thing but don't stir it and jus pour in a bit of cold water at the end to make the grounds settle to the bottom. Pour with no strainer.

Coffee sparkle is my favorite steamer to throw, and bulls have seemed to enjoy it too! Just another streamer idea for your next bull trout trip!
And I use this to target big cutthroat in streams that bulls aren't prevelant! So I feel like it'll work well in an actual bull trout stream
