My first fly fishing experience was on the Bighorn on a work trip. I loved it so much I came home and immediately scheduled the same trip for a few months later with my wife…..which was her first time fly fishing. We had the best time! I can’t wait to get back. I’ve got some amazing memories on that river!
Dude you’re killing it. Been following you from the start and it’s gotten to where I can count on your next one to be your best one. Well done. Really enjoy this one. Familiar waters to me.
Hey Brody, I am a fellow Utahn and just started fly fishing this year. I am also a Weber State alum like you (I think you are anyway). Anyway I really appreciate your videos and if you ever want or need someone to fish with, let me know.
@@FSBrodyI live in Tooele so I basically just drive forever to get to rivers. I have been fishing the Blacksmith Fork River and Ogden River lately. Next time I go out I will probably try the Logan for the first time. Tried the Weber once and it kicked my ass. The Provo intimidates me 😅 but I did try it for a few hours once. So far I have caught a total of 3 fish with a fly rod but I think I just got lucky 😅 because I still embarrass myself every time I go out.
@@FSBrody I heavily struggle with the lower Provo so I’d be so happy if you make a video how to fish there and includes info about what you’re using for flies..etc.
My home river. I have caught 40 plus fish in one day and caught 5 the next. My biggest fish, a rainbow, was 32 inches on a streamer. Enjoy one of the best rivers in Montana!
Fabulous river Floated down it twice great memories

@@lorilatta3996 you caught a 32 inch rainbow on the Brighton!?!? WOW! That’s massive.
First
I live less than an hour away from this river and have the worst luck having never had a day with more than 5 fish in the boat
Some years it’s defiantly like that. However, the size of the fish is usually worth it.
Drama queens, had to turn it off
@@briggs13a thanks for the view. I love fly fishing.
