Would've been funny if Dwight donated a load of Cornell branded clothes to the homeless around scranton to make it look like they all attended and got nowhere just to infuriate Andy.
Jajaja bro that would have been awesome

Omg what a great idea 😊
He is new to pranks, Jim might have done this.
Or if he had walked out of the washroom wiping/drying his hands on the sweatshirt.

This scene made me weirdly mad since Andy only got in because his parents are rich, yet he feels justified by turning down Dwight just because.
when do we not get annoyed with andy lol
All posh people are like that.
It may be true that he only got in because his parents were rich but once you start going to a school, the camaraderie and the experience there will inevitably make you feel proud of it.
Plus, I think Andy made friends with other trust fund kids there who all reassured each other that they belong.
So that’s kinda how universities in America work
It doesn't matter if he got in because of wealth.

The fact that Dwight put Eli Whitney as one of his role models makes me laugh every time
The fact that he put Dane Cook on there was a shock for me. Doesn't seem like Dwight's type of comedian, if Dwight were to even like comedy, or laughter.
@@keynesianeconomics4113 he can't laugh - sign of weakness to show one's teeth

Dwight when pranking someone who just plains annoys him: “So this is what it feels like. No wonder Jim does it so much”
Dwight has no self-awareness, that would be impossible... that's why Dwight is Dwight.
Now I'm reminded of when Ed Helms spoke at the Cornell commencement speech and said he was shocked that they didn't protest his being there. Haha!
Having Andy in the background brooding while Dwight does his interview was perfect.
This was one of my favorite episodes. Dwight basically became Jim and made Andy himself. I didn't know he had it in him.
I like how Dwight turned the interview around and even dismissed Andy lol 😂
Straight out of Jims book.

Dwight became the interviewer in the end 😂
He learned that from Jim when he “turntabled” Dwight during the pot investigation.

Well, it was nonsense. Hourglasses don't "strike" three, and Andy clearly doesn't know what "whence" means.

I’ve watched this show around 20 times. This episode is one of my favorites. When Andy is interviewing Dwight, and Dwight turns the interview 180 and pulls the desk towards him is one of the funniest scenes of this show
The way they emphasize certain words and talk when writing down their "notes" during the interview lives rent free in my head
1:15 you gotta love andy staring into the conference room with the intensity of a laser
This entire episode was a master class in trolling on Dwight's part.
He even talked about THEIR football team.
Dwight really is savage when he wants to be, and he and Andy had a rivalry from the very first day of the merger.
True. Andy and Dwight were bickering from the start over who was number two in the office, not realizing it was neither of them; Jan had already appointed Jim to be the assistant regional manager.
@@JBM425 Yeah but the best part about it was it was a battle of politeness that first day 😂
Where they wouldn't stop shaking each other's hand.
Funniest thing it looks like Dwight getting closer to the desk in camera view, and eventually, he takes the desk, it’s so good and funny.
"Applicant has a head shaped like a trapezoid!" LMAO
One sitcom I never get tired of 😂 a timeless masterpiece
I totally agree, I can honestly say i can't watch any other program, nevermind sitcom over and over like The Office US!!

The two of them fighting over the table at the end of the interview always made me laugh lol

I go to Cornell and so many alumni remind me of Andy.
remember, Dwight has the strength of a full grown man and a little baby which is why he was able to overpower Andy at the end.
He RESORBED his twin.
Andy is just annoyed by Dwight, what he really hates is that wall... he concentrates every strength of his body to... well, he does not like that wall.
I wonder if Cornell admissions were confused by Dwight expressing interest, gets a call from Andy, a guy I imagine they quickly seeing as an idiot, and gives Dwight to him so they can be out of their way with the lunacy.

The 8th/7th President switch was hilarious

The little things like that have me dying hahaha
Exactly 😂😂
Dwight: *wears Cornell University sweatshirt*

What a power move when Dwight pulled the table towards him and said "That will be all." 🤣
Dwight remembered how Jim pulled that on him during the pot investigation.
I love how at first everyone hated Andy and then he turned into a character everyone loved. This show is so good!
Speak for yourself I never liked his character . So no, not everyone grew to love him.
Cringey gay character has some funny parts like in rumours episode
And then hated again, but we don't speak of the last two seasons

Ew, he's a lazy substitute for Michael. His character is obnoxious.
2:02 "When the hour glass strikes 3, then in the room whence employees confer." Andy went Shakespearean on Dwight! 👨🏫😂
The Works of Shakespeare must have been one of the few classes to which Andy didn’t show up drunk.
3:43 how the turntables.
I love how the interview devolves into basically a shouting match between two kids about which one is going to get in more trouble with mom.
It's weird when you first start watching The office you're immensely annoyed with Dwight but then later on when Andy shows up it's like (please get rid of him) and then somehow Dwight slowly turns into Jim.
1:21
Andy: You might be interes..
*what*
I once had an interview where the interviewer was absolutely horrible to me for no obvious reason. Didn't get the job, but then reapplied a short time later and got the job after an interview with someone normal. Eventually I moved up to a supervisor position and that rude person had to report to me, which means I get to evaluate their performance. I guess sometimes tables do turn.
And in case anyone wondered what happened to that guy, he was fired after my very first evaluation with him (for legitimate reasons). Karma.
Oh how the turntables
Andy's spastic-aggressive laugh gets me every time! 😆
Ed Helms was stellar
J realized Andy asked for the name of the 8th president at first and when Dwight answered correctly, he acted/forgot and said the name of the 7th president
Well he tried to play it as Dwight misheard the question due to his terrible listening skills.
Andy's interviewing skills really were poor. He asked " Who is Cornell's 8th president?" Then said Dwight's answer was incorrect because the 7th president was the correct response. I'm sure Andy did this to trip up Dwight but Andy is not Jim so he won't be able to pull one over on Dwight.
Andy asked Dwight who was the 8th Cornell president but then said 7th
“I meant that as a compliment to you Phyliss, as well as a slight to Andy” LMAO 😂
Dwight's idea of casual is a sweatshirt over his shirt and tie.
"That is all sir you may go" that killed me lmao
Dwight should be an honorary president of Cornell
Dwight showing what he learned from Jim about pranks lol
“when the hourglass strikes 3 then in the room whence employees confer...”

In this situation, Dwight was Jim and Andy was Dwight.
Dwight cross evaluating Andy was a Jim move!

Or, the marijuana investigation when Jim claimed Dwight promised to let him conduct the interview and took over the interrogation.
