People are way too harsh on the post-Michael The Office. There were many hilarious scenes, off the top of my head: Andy dropping his desalination system and water, Jim framing Dwight for his murder, Aaron dancing with hobos camping out for the "Pyramid," etc. Even after Michael left, the office was still, by far, the funniest show ever. I'd give The Office 9.8/10 with Michael and 9.2/10 without Michael.

the last two (or three imo) have definitely more failed storylines or jokes (and the whole boom mic guy thing just made all the times the crew didn't intervene awful) and tend to be too cartoonish for the type of show that the office is, but they are still good and funny. I like how with michael gone, more side characters got their time to shine too

@Tys W dwight+mike+some andy and jim really made this show hilarious..without mike and with andy less crazy the show literally relied on dwight and a boring version of jim to survive...dwight literally was the show these last 2 seasons imo..he was the only one who remained funny..should of just made him manager after season 7...no reason not to...the show lost millions of fans when andy became manager instead

@@brysonxd They should have ended it after Carell left at the end of season 7, they should have had all the stories tied up with a nice little bow on top and had Goodbye, Michael be the finale, I think it would have been a satisfying ending if they did it really well and if they just couldn't keep Steve on the show.
@@brysonxd He left because NBC didn't renew his contract. On a radio show he mentioned how NBC has a 7 season agreement with him and so, 7th might be his last season (he didn't mean it was his last season from his side). NBC didn't make any effort to renew the contract and Steve wasn't given another offer - This made him think over and finally he decided to leave for the better.
When NBC cannot respect people who earn them money, it's better they leave.

@jones , can’t agree more except making dwight manager. As we know dwight will be over powered if he is manager. Without being in any management position, he indirectly took care of so many things in all other season. If he becomes manager , that’s the end for other characters. Which won’t help in keeping show running. That’s why they made Andy as manager and kept dwight in quest of his dream managerial position. That’s a good thought though but didn’t work out. They even tried keeping Manager position empty by sending andy away. But didn’t work

@@KillerQueen76535 it makes sense! A pie is one object but a salad is lots of small objects. Trying to compute all the salad ingredients clearly overwhelmed the supercomputer that is Kevin.
He didn’t cancel the pie units though when dividing pies by pies.

Just... imagine being Creed during that last scene. It must be like your worst nightmare came true, that is your colleagues finding you on a work day, on a bus, so that they can judge and put you back to work. People lose their sanity for a lot less than that, and he was not in his right mind to begin with...

Fun Fact: While they were filming this episode, the cast almost died from carbon monoxide poisoning. The actor of Pam (Jenna Fischer) noticed the smell of the exhaust coming from the air conditioning unit, and the director of the episode (Bryan Cranston) doubted her but when he decided to sit next to the unit and sniff the AC, he got dizzy almost immediately. Jenna Fischer actually saved the entire cast. Turns out, the refrigeration unit was aligned to the tailpipe, and it was sucking up all the exhaust into the bus.
I doubt that it's a "fun" fact
