♥♥簡易材料 Simple Ingredients:
--奶黃餡 Custard Filling:
2隻蛋黃 2 Eggs
100克牛奶
100g Milk
50克低筋麵粉
50g Cake Flour
20克奶粉 20g Formula Milk Powder
10克油 10g Oil
--餅皮 Crust:
紫薯150克 Purple potato 150g
紅薯150克
Sweet potato 150g
♥♥步驟 Steps:
1. 把奶黃餡的材料拌勻後過篩 Mix the ingredients of custard filling and sieve
2. 用小火不停攪拌至成團 Stir continuously with low heat
3. 稍微放涼後分成約15克/份 After cool down, divide into 15g each
4. 放雪櫃冷藏1小時備用
Store in the fridge for an hour
5. 紫薯和紅薯去皮, 切件, 蒸熟後搗碎 Sweet potatoes peeled, steamed and mashed
6. 紫薯,紅薯各分成約15克/份 Divide he sweet potato into 15g each
7. 紫薯,紅薯各取一份並按壓至掌心大小 Get each of the potatoes and press to palm size
8. 包入奶黃餡後放入模具按壓成型 Wrap the custard filling, press to form the moon cake
