02:29 紅火龍果小饅頭 Red Dragon Fruit Mini Bun
04:11 紫薯小饅頭 Purple Potato Mini Bun
06:00 紅蘿蔔小饅頭 Carrot Mini Bun

♥♥步驟 Steps:
1. 果蔬加少量水打成汁 Add a little water to make spinach juice
2. 加入酵母和麵粉 Add in yeast and plain flour
3. 攪拌成團即可 Mix to form a dough
4. 室溫發酵至兩倍大（1-1.5小時) Prove at room temperature until double in size (1-1.5 hours)
5. 麵團裡呈蜂窩狀 Honeycomb is formed
6. 接壓排氣 Press to release gases
7. 擀成约0.5厘米厚 Roll out to about 0.5cm thick
8. 用模具壓出形状 Extrude the shape with cutting mold
9. 放入鍋蒸籠裡 Put into steamer
10. 再次醒發15分鐘 Rest for another 15mins.
11. 冷水上鍋,中大火蒸15分鐘, 悶 5分鐘 Start with cold water, Steam at medium -high heat for 15mins and wait for another 5 mins.
