It’s a review. Granted one person’s opinion. He’s not telling you what to think…but giving you things to consider about your own thoughts of the Bear.

This season was sooooo overdone with the artsy directing. Like you won some awards but the story line has to make sense so we can keep interest. This season seemed like it lacked focus but maybe that was the underlying theme and why they left so many cliff hangers at the end?

@@randidemario-holloway agreed! I do think that that was one of the season’s themes so I’m hoping that next season they can add the artsy touch to a much less blurry story line. There’s definitely so many interesting things they can still talk about!

The storyline DOES make sense though. The season took place over less than two months, everyone is focused on trying to get a Michelin star, Carmy, being Carmy, over corrects because he knows he messed up with not being focused on the restaurant last season. He knows that he needs to deal with making amends with Sydney, Richie, & Claire, and he tries in the best ways he can atp, with Sydney being the only one that he has sort of made amends with, but she still has an issue trusting him (rightfully so).
He knows that he needs to deal with the trauma of his abusive ex-boss and he gets the opportunity to confront him, so he does, which was HUGE for his character.
What doesn't make sense about this storyline to you?

The story line made sense. They just slowed things down.

Not a bad video by any means, but the title feels a little disingenuous. It feels overall more like a critique of the season, rather than a highlighting of its accomplishments - which is fine, but I don’t think very suitable for a video with this title.
