@@kafoop as someone who has been battling going blind off and on for the last three years, 5 surgeries (each should have been a permanent fix) and the doctors still don’t have answers. Over half the time all I can see is darkness. That being said it’s two years since I made this comment and I’m still fighting. But thank you for the prayers and thoughts all the same.

I call this my good day song. I play it all the time, but especially whenever I'm struggling with life/depression, or just need to be reminded that it could always be worse than it really is. I'm not a huge rap fan, but absolutely love those out there with an actual message, and 100x more so when that message is uplifting and positive. The world really does need more rappers like this, hell even any genre of musician that lifts people. Thank you for your music, and for helping me get through my day to day life ❤️

Hey Peter, aka spose, just a fan from NH who's going through a hard time, I know that artists/content creators love to hear from their fans when they have helped them in any sort of way, especially if it's with what they create. I'm 19 and recently have been going through the shittiest time of my life, my dad fell back to alcoholism and at one point attempted suicide and I saved his life while I watched him overdosing whoever waiting for the ambulance to come. This incident traumatized me, and I'd been reeling because of it, and not to mention parents splitting up, and my mom completely disowning me. This song however I constantly listened too, because I'm a strong believer of it could be worse, and that I have a lot of things I take for granted. Just recently I was able to get a job at a Buffalo Wild Wings, and am possibly going to get an apartment with a few buddies. So things are doing well for me now, and if it weren't for this particilular song strengthening my mindset I would have hen in a darker place. Thank you for the music you create, major respect for you as a musician, and I never had been a fan of rap, but for some reason your music is just so good, anyways a big thank you from a fan in NH, hopefully if I'm ever in Wells I spot ya, would love to shake your hand.

I know I've not had some of the best times, especially recently in life, but I've learned so much and grown so much from it. I recently dropped out of college, lost a bunch of friends, more distant from the others, but honestly I don't think I'd change any of what happened. I'm back in school, I know who my real friends are, I made it through one of the toughest times in my life, and I'm a better person for it.

Tbh, I could go off about how the backing track in the chorus is too pitchy and dissonant, and therefore cringe, but I think the last chorus brings it together in a super metaphorical way. Like sometimes things don't feel quite right, or maybe they don't look or sound perfect or even just beautiful. But they can still be the truth. It is like that quote about sobbing all theatrically on the floor and then realizing that you didn't paint the area where the wall meetw the floor very well. Things are almost never going to be romantic and perfect the way we like and expect all the way through. And anyway, when we get to the last chorus and that dissonance, for the most part, is gone, we can feel that relief of knowing that things can always get better, and they might still not be perfect, but they have that potential for truth and meaning all the same. No matter where you are in life you will have hardships, but time lets us get through these situations, though some may be a harder struggle than others, don't give up, enjoy the little things, don't let life's hard times get the best of you, because you mean something to someone, everyone does.
