Same, the 90's and early 00's really was the best time to be alive, wouldn't pick any other time.
that sucks :( im turning 15 next year
I love how they got away with making us believe any of those "kids" was under 25. Some of them are probably over 30.
Hollywood casting formula for 🙌success 🙌
I mean yeah, I’m not for sure but isn’t the music videos main character Jimmy from American Pie, or am I seeing things
@@Adi_ur_daddi Yep. And the girl is Heather, a different character from that series, but not Jim’s love interest.
I heard people looked older back then lol
Mena Suvari was 21.
The way he says “teenage dirtbag” is so satisfying to me lol
To me that's the most annoying part lol
Yes! Also when he says she doesn't know what she's missing... Love this song forever!
It is very infectious.

Race would only be brought up if somebody was being racist to somebody. High school really isn’t hard or anything if u jus get out of ur bubble and make friends and if u don’t then you’ll be left out and it’ll be your own fault
I’m entering an american highschool this september :’)
today was my last birthday before never being a teenager again, naturally I had to hear this song for the last time
Congrats.
How old were you?
Meddler von der Schanze thank you 😊

Happy belated birthday 🎊🎂
I remember back when I was an actual teenage Dirtbag degenerate, the 2000s were amazing. Glad to see this song coming back around gives kids a chance to find out about old 2000 bands and movies.
I was born in 2000. But for some reason (maybe its just growing up around it and the music) I love the early 2000s
Should have been around in the 80's. I feel bad for people who didn't get to grow up in that marvelous decade.
Man you aren't kidding. 2000s rocked.
I was 28 years old when this came out. Still a toe tapper

Hi
Right here bro
Merry Christmas 2024

I miss bands like this, i personally love songs from early/mid 1990's- early 2000's. I know they are different but bands like Wheatus, Offspring, Blink-182, the old Green Day, Red hot chili peppers, Linkin park etc. I really wish there were more bands around like them!
Dont forget sum 41 and green day (like dookie green day not american idiot)
***** Ya i forgot about sum 41... not sure how i did but that is sort of why i put in the "etc"
MrUroTox and blood hound gang! haha
Fall Out Boy started i early 2000s and theyre still around (and still awesome moght i add xD)
MrUroTox No,you should miss bands like nirvana
Turning 35 in a couple of months and this song still hits hard AF. GOD BLESS WHEATUS
A couple of weeks ago i drove with my little sister and the Song came Up in the Radio. And my sister wanted to change the Song and i said hell no its part of my youth and greatests teenie movie. She Just replied don't know it. 😭

It's oldies now bro. 20 years.
Noooo :(
I’m so glad I was introduced this long. Idc if it took a million years to find 😅
This is one of my comfort songs. I come here everytime I feel old (or sad because i'm aging) so it makes me feel like a teenage dirtbag again 😊
I ask myself everyday where'd the time go.

Bro I’m just rediscovering this song I’m so happy :D I remember listening to it when I was 10 and I love it so much
Looking back at all of these old school videos. The ones depicted as losers actually look more cool and fun to be around than the popular kids.
That's generally just how it is in life
@@Kaazikin facts.
This warms my heart, I am the quite one.
@@charlesmills1463 the quiet ones are more genuine! 👍
In the first half of highschool I hung out with the popular kids and it sucked, that’s when I realized how much more fun it is to hang out with the dirtbags
I love that they didn’t get a women to sing her part. They really said “we got this”
XD
Every generation can relate to this song. Feeling awkward in high school, a teenage dirtbag.
And realizing your crush notices you. Love it!
Not me. I was yanked out of public school in 5th grade and homeschooled against my will. I'm almost 39 now and still have dreams about getting to attend high school. This song reminds me of how much I missed.
@@rebeccam4397 I never went to high school, I had no friends and was the most unpopular kid in my time. I was a direct contrast to my older brother, who had plenty of friends, was popular and had all the girls. My crush noticed me alright though, when a teacher asked the entire classroom why I was always working alone in group assignments and she responded by saying no one liked me.
Now I'm 31, a soldier, biker, fitness instructor and the best part: I can barely remember my entire school period and those few times I happen to meet a former classmate, they get mad and dissappointed when I can't remember them.
@@rebeccam4397 Sorry to hear, to me high-school was awesome.. but I know that doesn't apply to most. For many many people high-school was terrible and got bullied. I guess I was fortunate belonging to the "popular" kids.

Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

You're more than 34
