Hey guys, thanks! I sent this to my mom who's losing a lot of mobility due to inactivity. I also told her to get an aerobics step and just step up and down. And I told her to practice getting down on the ground and getting up like a baby learns to roll over, crawl, pull up on the couch and stand.
@@peggyharris3815 when my dad retired they moved out into the boondocks in a different state, but my mom has nothing that she likes to do so she just watches TV.

Well put together, very concise good demonstrations. PS when I had to stand at a photocopier to do big reports, I'd do several of these leg exercises, using the copier as my balance point
Best exercise for someone who hasn't taken a step alone in 1yr 6mnths due to severe lymphadema besides a torn archilles tendon and a dropped arch ! All at one time. Cant stand more than about 1 minute alone!
Guys can you talk about shoes? Mike is wearing a very flat sole it appears whereas Brad seems to be wearing New Balance, and Bob?? What do you recommend for various issues - stability, knees, hips? Thanks

Inactivity is also a sign of depression.

Well u cant do any of these things in bad pain with knee arthritis.its crippling.
