Seems quite expensive. Going to have a million dollars in a place to park your Coach and a tiny home. I suppose it appeals to some but I bought my coach to travel to different places, not to plant more roots. IMO!!!!!
There are a number of nice up-level RV resorts in the greater Ft. Myers area. This seems like a relatively expensive resort, but the sites are big and offer some unique options, such as keeping your trailer on your lot and open to Super C coaches. Personally I would find trailers on lots not to be so attractive. I also noticed that this resort "only" has 2 pickleball courts and it is very close to a busy road leading to road noise. As usual, excellent video though.
I don’t get it. People buy a $2,000,000 RV , to then buy a $700k lot and small cottage. Why not just get a beautiful $2.7 million home . If your looking for a fixed vacation location ?
Andrew Buddy...another g8 video and presentation...well done. However...I noticed you are looking a little thin these days? Everything ok...or is this a new health kick?..Asking for a friend.
I have been watching Andrew for some time. But it seems you are turning into the Robin Leach of the RV world. Lifestyle of the 1 percent RVer. 1,000,000 for a Casita?
This type of lifestyle is a horrible investment. First of all, the absolute moment you purchase a Class A motorhome you lose. Both in depreciation and the absolute sh*t show that comes with owning one of these units given the complete and utter lack of quality control from RV manufacturers these days. Next, owning one of these RV lots does not appreciate nearly as much as a sticks and bricks. Best bet…buy yourself a nice condo and when you travel, stay at the Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons or St Regis. Zero issues and a much stronger investment strategy.
Seems like this place supports the wealthy, people who have been smart with money. Yet...., these "smart money" people stay for 2 nights then buy a lot. ??????????
These types of vids arent for the regular people, to sit and look over others BS lifestyles isnt my kind of deal.....I bought an Motorhome to travel not to play who has the most money.
Andrew Steele has it going on.
If there was an RV Park Ambassador Award for Industry Excellence, he would be it.
