As a graduate of one of the oldest academic schools of Construction and about 40 years of relevant experience, I wish to tell you that I thoroughly enjoyed your presentation. Thank you for including not only the crafts, but also the business side in your comments section. School would have been much easier had we had videos like yours as learning aids.
I watched almost all your videos and some twice! Some details I still don't know. How can you know that land is approved for RV parking before you sign a land purchase contract? Did you visit the county before you signed the contract? If possible, talk about details in your purchase contract. Do you need an attorney to sign the contract. I want to learn more from you. Thanks!
Hey BigFlyingRock, thanks for checking out the channel! In general, when it comes to zoning and use of a particular property I’m considering purchasing my first stop is either the city building department or the county development services department depending on what jurisdiction the property is located a lot of cities will have a “zoning and land use map” which lays it all out. A real estate attorney can be helpful and can provide clarity if the deal is complicated or has some individual nuances…but if it’s a pretty straightforward transaction I’m using a title company and a standard contract for the purchase and sale agreement. My team of advisors basically consists of an attorney, a CPA, a surveyor, a title company, local real estate agents, they’re full of free advice and normally more than happy to discuss a particular deal or individualized situations in my experience. Hope this helps a little bit and thanks again for checking out the channel
@@simplyinvested Thank you very much for answering my questions! You are so nice ! Do you hire an architect to design your RV parking lots? Where do you find an affordable architect. Thanks!
@ritacooks7383 thanks for checking out the video! I’d say comfortably 10 but you can probably get more on there depending on road access and the shape of the lot
Hello, yes I believe almost anyone can do it if they want, using investor money is an option, taking on a partner or even bank financing, best of luck! Thanks for checking out the channel!
Hey Paul, thanks for checking out the video and the channel, this development was in the Corpus Christi metro area and I’m sold out of developed lots in this particular project but the one in the video sold for $110,000 here’s a link to another similar project I just wrapped up. Care to share how much was the original purchase before you subdivided, approximate total profit after all sold and how much time from original purchase to all lots sold?
Hello, thanks for checking out the video and the channel, this particular project the initial land purchase was 100k then divided into the 7 individual tracts.
I want to build one of these out in Nevada for a base camp. I can use a couple months out the year. Thieves are bad out there so I just want minimal infrastructure.
Hey @DroptineTrans this piece of land was about .9 acres the guy that I sold it to actually built a house behind here about a year later and still seems to have plenty of land
Covering up the concrete in plastic or spraying it to stay wet would make it much stronger from what I’ve read. Particularly since it’s so hot and the sun is drying it very quickly.
That's cool, for longer life put yellow plastic casing around the wood or metal pole. then fill them with cement. Could do them in yellow case sections let them dry.
Location ???
Website To Buy These RV Lots ???
Thanks For The Awesome Videos.

How difficult is it for permits? I'm n California a was told my permit has to be approved no guarantees
Is this something someone like a single mom could get started with?
Any help with finance or getting it with OPM?

Thanks Chris, glad you enjoyed the videos!
So for this location, you bought the land and made one nice rv spot then resold it?
Yes, I bought the land…divided it into 7 lots then built this on one of them and resold it…then sold the other 6 lots
@@simplyinvested that’s an interesting business model 👏🏼
