Can we all take a second and appreciate the editing done on this video especially the interchange between day & night?
thank you bud!
Noticed it immediately, the transitions were seamless and impeccable.
@@jareckhollenshead
Exactly!!!
That's the word I was looking for: SEAMLESSLY
Would love to know how it's done with the drone shots
@@tbillington everybody wants to know how it's done, also for the gimbal b-roll, they should make a behind the scenes video of production !
Truly one of the best channels out there. You guys have changed the way people view real estate by allowing us to feel like we are touring these homes ourselves.
I agree. He’s also very detailed
I feel that Enes and team strike a perfect balance between showing the property, and telling us how it makes them feel. Other real estate channels seem to make it about the presenter first, then the property. No knocks on them and their success. I just feel Enes and team are the best.
Absolutely.
thanks for the support!
@@EnesYilmazer was this house used already
As others have said, the editing and flow of the video are probably the best you guys have done. I love the day/night transition in the middle of the tour. I think it does a better job at showcasing the home than waiting until the end.
And as a native Floridian, I miss the beauty of the state every time I see the intercoastal shots.
Much appreciated!
This tour felt different and i'm gonna say THANKS for that
thank you kindly!
This home is incredible by the way. Such nice combination of minimalist details with modern style. Just in the right balance. Perfect!
glad you like the property!
Totally agree
Best quotes of this week, "It's a little bright out there" and "I cannot believe it's this warm here in December". Welcome to Florida guys!
Oh wow such great quotes 😐
I grew up in Ohio and years ago, one of my first times going to Florida was during Christmas. We had almost blizzard-like conditions in Ohio when my flight took off. When the plane landed in Florida it was 87 degrees and humid as hell. It was like being in a completely different country or something.
Couple things.
1. Great house. Smart layout and flow, tasteful finishes, blah blah
2. Super clean & crisp transitions in the editing. On point, very nice!
3. That quick aside about the canal. My wife and I lol’d. Very unexpected and hilarious.
nah that is more than crisp editing
I don't know how they made the drone to camera transition so well with actual voice matching and everything
Just amazing
Wow, thanks!
I love how Mikey had his own little cut scene 😂 You guys should incorporate that sort of thing more often, have mikey tell us something interesting about the area in different homes. Could call it "minute with mikey" 😂 love the videos, keep it up!
love that, thank you!!
Enes and the rest of the team we appreciate how consistent you are in uploading quality videos . However ,in this this period of holidays season I really hope that you also take some time for yourselves. Cheers
You are the best! Thanks
"applauding videos with quality"?
So I watched one of your vids recently from about a year ago. It was a tour of a Bell Air Family home with a massive primary bedroom. You guys have taken this to a whole new level. Especially with the freaking interchanges between day and night. OMG! You guys! That editing is masterful! At first I wondered...how the EFF did they do that? But now I can see how. Still, the way you two pulled it off was splendid. Also, you two Mikey and Enes, your banter feels so genuine and relaxed. It just adds to the viewer's pleasure. Finally I really appreciate how Mikey owned up to his Faux Pas about the Intercostal Water Way. That's some real cool integrity there. Another masterful gem you guys. Well done!
Couldn't agree more! The transitions are awesome! I just want to acknowledge that and would like to see more of it!
Agree it was a great tour
Your tours far out class any I've seen like them, Enis. But your channel is best of its kind in its cinematography. Mikey, y'all do a phenomenal job! And you keep getting better, as evidenced by this one!!
I really enjoyed the increased number of night-time camera shots throughout the tour. I hope this stays for future properties too.
Agree with Enes.
At least 3 dishwashers (4 is most desirable) for a large villa is very useful.
It's always nice that Enes points out the dishwashers. Keep it up!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Once again, your presentation has totally excelled. The merging of day and night has subtlety highlighted the property in all its glory.
Well done team.
Just gets better and better every time.
Amazing 👏
Thank you very much!
Although the homes you show are absolutely gorgeous and its wonderful to have the chance to see them, it seems as though these home owners are living in a fishbowl! There doesn’t seem to be any personal privacy anywhere. Even if I had the means, I don’t think I could live in a home like these. Having said that, I do so love seeing them, so thank you and don’t stop.
I certainly understand the no privacy issue that does bother me. I would want some privacy. When you’re in Florida do you really want to cut the yard? No thank you it’s too hot
I lived on a street where everyone kept their window blinds open. While a little jarring at 1st, eventually it just becomes a thing and you stop watching or noticing the neighbours. They kind of just become a part of the background.
You and your team out did yourselves in this video. The music and the transitions between day and night scenes was *chef's kiss.
That wall in the living room and the floating room are really incredible, the faucet and that P-trap introduced later are really ingenious!
It's like I see a day and night interchange introduce for the first time, the instant contrast is a such great present!
Looking at the whole from the outside, its appearance is very avant-garde, and it also has a minimalist taste! The designer of this mansion has extraordinary taste!
Mikey's correction in the middle made the video more interesting, thank you for sharing! Have a great coming year & Happy New Year, Enes! 👍🤩🙌🎉
Exquisite tour, loved the transitions from day to night to day back to night, plus in and out of the pool - wow! it feels like an true experience. I really appreciate this channel!
Totally agree
That transition are smooth af🔥
I was like "wait what??when did..? how??"
thank you so much!
The production quality keeps getting better and better. Love your experimentation with shots and transitions.
Glad you like them!
Another excellent video as always Enes, awesome to see how far this channel has come and wish you, Mikey and everyone else involved even greater success in 2023 and beyond. Also I'm glad you're mentioning more of the engineering lately as it truly is incredible what goes into making these huge open spaces and floating cantilever designs and such and still have them withstand some of the worst things nature can throw at them.
PS - Caissons and piles are the same thing only the caisson is a 'drilled pile' where they drill a hole in the ground and then fill it with reinforced concrete while standard piles are typically precast systems that get driven/hammered into the ground with pile-drivers.
Using caissons allows for larger piles than the standard precast ones which is useful for areas where ground movement is a concern while in hurricane regions it's more just settlement/erosion, sustained winds and water pressures from storm surges against the above ground structure to deal with so the piles don't have to be as large as if withstanding significant ground movements.
Happy holidays!
The Mickey "correction segment" is hilarious and imaginative. Great presentation by Enes (and Mikey :) as always. Great editing and drone work.
Really enjoyed this tour. The dual primary bathrooms were insane ! I also really liked how this one was filmed and edited this week. I like the transition from day to night mid tour.
The new transitions from day to night are insane, love how you guys keep elevating the quality of your videos!
I really liked how you guys mixed in the night shots throughout the video. Well done, great video!
Happy to hear that!
The architect and designer of this house should be worshiped. It is a magnificent house 👌👌👌 👍👍👍
And second floor:7)sliding glass doors open up to balcony
8)built in desk cabinetry for clothes
9)LED mirror
10)gym:art piece that can be relax there!
11)spacious walk_in shower stainless steel chrome fixtures!
12)walnut, recessed in lights
13)dark tones that can looks perfect!
I love that Mikey ask about the faucets and stuff, these houses are nice but I got to know if the water works, so many of these homes are just tailored or curated for show that I wonder if the owners ever use it, so I want to see it plus those features are so fancy it's like how does it work you know so I'm glad he asks and that you oblige the curiosity lol
glad you find this video useful!
@@EnesYilmazer Thank you! 🙂
What a spectacular mansion! Thank you for showing us all the beautiful mansions worldwide, Enes!
thank you! i just want to showcase the most luxurious properties in the world for you guys!
And i will say this again and again and again, Yall are the Best in This House Tours, I been commenting this, Yall very Detailed and Informative House Tour, The Way Enes Explain everyhting, The Editing, The way you really show everything specially the Cabinets and all that are hidden 🤌🏻👌🏼👏🏻 ... Im a silent viewer but when i really appreciate something so much, I make sure yall Know... Thank yall... 🤗
Enes and your team 4stars,the transition from seeing the house from daylight to night is apperciated,we the viewer"s always want to see the house at night, the kitchen and the recess lights throughout insane.
thank you for the kind words!
whenever I feel unmotivated I watch these videos and then continue studying so I can buy one these houses by myself when I get older. Thank you enes for these amazing uploads your fans appreciate your work so much! ♡
This house is absolutely stunning I love how simple but relaxing the architectural designs on the exterior of the home are. I also love the tones the interior gives.
Really enjoyed this one! More informative than the last few I’ve watched where Enes spent too much time gushing over the furniture! Piling vs casein’s, p drains, and inter-coastal waterway trivia was an improvement! Also, editing continues to improve, and it’s difficult to improve on greatness!
happy to hear that!
Breath taking home, fantastic, harmonious, elegant, unique, un few words. AWESOME !!!!
Is it just me? 33:54 the mansion on the left looks way more interesting on the outside. More attractive tbh.
Im so in love with this house, layout is so simple but the finishing and the furnitures are absolutely fantastic. So elegant, sofisticated and cozy.
I've tried to watch other house tour videos but you are the only one i watch from the start till end. Your presentations always make me want to watch more.
Great job as usual Enes!
Also, mad props to Mikey for not just the editing prowess, but also taking the time to correct himself in the video! 💯
Happy New Year guys 🥂
1)sun shades
2)coffe table
3)faucet
4)the design of the butterflies on the wall
5)LED strips
6)as you said the floating side
Until 15:13 is the main ideas I think!
i like this type of futuristic house with lots of white and overhangs , more than the last one you showed , but of course i would be happy with any of them, thanks enes and team , love you guys!
Amazing home, I use to work these waters when I lived in West Palm Beach. Every home is more beautiful than the last. & the homeowners were always nice
oh cool! thanks for sharing that with us!
Man you are the best house tour guide on the whole UA-cam keep it up , love the vids 🔥 🔥
I appreciate that!
Missed Senada on this tour, she is so much fun. Would be nice to see the interaction between Enes and her. I've seen a tour for this house before, but with Enes it is all about details. We can really see that this house has 5 beautiful bedrooms plus the gym that could be another one. Thanks so much Enes and I see you on the next year.
Exceptional b roll work on this. You can see the evolution in editing with each video. Beautiful
Great editing work with this video, really enjoyed the transitions and the angles. Top notch!!
Dear Enes, the steel sunshades with a Mondrian-like pattern, it's not Art Deco, but a Bauhaus inspired, modernist feature, in line with the architectural lines of the house.
The details are just so well thought through.
The recessed sconce lights, the recessed hand railing for the stairs, the bathrooms slim sinks Just mind blowing
Absolutely insane editing and cinematography for this video guys. Especially the introduction. 👍👍
Woah your almost 3million subs I'm so happy before it used to be at 30k-70k when I was watching you but now. You deserve this and congratulations in advance sir. I really love your tour as it is very entertaining, informative and not boring at all. Happy Holidays sir!
Spectacular job touring this property! Thank you for taking the time to point out all the little details. Those master baths were skillfully designed. Beautiful property! Thank you Enes and crew for keeping us inspired and focused on healthy things!!
You guys are fantastic with these innovations! Mikey's input from the channel to Texas. The night lights intro, even with the camera coming out of the water. Cleverness with the drain from the bathroom. You guys are simply phenomenal! Huge love from Hungary
Enes and Mikey are the best!!!! They actually tour the home without giving details we don't care about, while still incorporating facts about the home. *New subscriber alert*
Do you know where I can find the floor plan of this home?
This is a gorgeous home that I’d love to own. The weather is beautiful there, as well. BUT did you see the neighbor’s home to the left of this one?? It made this home look like a small waterfront home. You need to see if you can tour that home, too.
Thanks for all y’all do!!
Our pleasure! I'll see what I can do!
Am saying this with all my heart, ONLY GOD CAN BLESS YOU FOR THIS AMAZING JOB MIKEY AND ENES. Thank you for this
i can never look at my self anyday in this life i say my life is acomplished without a house like this, it feel like paradise, it feel like heaven on earth you gonna wake up everyday and feel the taste of like. mikey and enes i can say this job of you guys are no longer house tour to me is more of daily motivation, i watched this house before on CNBC but never get the full taste till you guys comes inn thank for this master piece' is a vidoe i will always remember.
Aye man, your videos are incredible! Your grind is just as incredible!
I appreciate it!
This is my favorite house you've toured so far and I've seen just about all the video's. The materials used, colors, design, everything about it is just so well done. It really seems like a (huge) house that you can happily live in.
I agree, this is maybe the first huge house where a normal 4 persons family could live, and then occasionally have guests and phenomenal parties
@@rafelgraumy thoughts exactly, feels like a home, not a museum or mall. It’s is the perfect place for a family to live, apart from the easy access to the canal, however, that can be fixed with simple and sleek glass railing.
Loved the seamless transition from day to night at 4:24. The house is very beautiful reminds me of the houses I would build in minecraft. I loved the lighting arrangements in the house especially. Really increases the look of modernity to it.
For me, your channel is the best on youtube reviewing houses. 💪 Cheers from 🇵🇹 Great to see that you take the extra length thinking of the viewers 👍
It amazes me how you, Mikey, and your team work 7 days a week, barely any sleep, travel all around the world, and still upload 2+ amazing, in-depth videos every week. Where do you get all your energy from!? Keep up the incredible work, Enes. You and your team are going places.
Your video making skills improve from video to video. Very impressive to see that even on this high level, your videos further improve.
Thanks, will do!
That floating bedroom is truly mind boggling!
This is the best home you've toured.
An absolute Masterpiece! ☝️🙏🌄❣️🍍
I very rarely comment on youtube videos, but I just wanted to take some time and genuinely express how much I love your videos. You’ve been consistently putting out great content from the day you started, though you’ve obviously gotten much better.
House tour recommendation: Please consider touring the 1601 San Onofre Mansion, listed by Branden Williams. The home is a masterpiece but I feel that nobody did it justice. You would be the perfect man for the job!
Really nice house! Would have expected a much higher price for this! Happy holidays
I love this home. A mix of modern and organic flowing styling. The floating aspect in a hurricane area is a wonder of building architecture. If only I had the Millions to purchase and upkeep. Lucky future owners
The editing, the day to night transition, the house. Everything was just stunning. This gotta be the best video so far
As others have said, A+ editing. Love the intercut with Mikey, p-trap overlays, b-roll showing the art piece. Excellent!
The bathrooms in this house seem really inconvenient to me though 😬 Having to wait for that faucet tube to fill up every time! And flat sinks like that, where do you spit your toothpaste??
I immediately thought of that too lol
You swallow, bro! That sink is too good for your spit. 😂
This is a beautiful modern contemporary rectangle mansion. I like the l shape garage and the water feature in the front. I like the living room and the dining room. I like the view of the canal. This is the first time that I have heard that the Intracoastal canal starts in Boston and end in Texas. Good job Mikey. I Like the two gray islands kitchen. I like the master bedroom with the bed in the middle of the room and facing the view. I like the two master bathrooms and I like the two big master closets with islands in the middle. I like the front and back balconies. I like the pivot doors in the front door and the kitchen exit. I like the two statuettes in the master bedroom. I would replace the glass walls and slidies with modern French windows, French doors, and pivot doors.
Glad you like the property!
The back and forth - day and night transitions should be a permanent thing. Great video.
STUNNING HOME WOW !! I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT !! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Glad you like the property!
This might be the best home yet not over the top with spaces you wouldn't use each room is inviting
Just love how you get so excited about architecture and especially cantilevering. Enos you are so articulate in describing the beautiful features in these homes. This home is really special. Mikey you’re so funny.
Enes, you guys do amazing work, always, however, I'd love to see more sustainable properties on this channel - sustainable building materials, energy efficient, repurposed items, etc.
bruh
This property is really great. Loved the modernness (LED Lighting, doors, glass railings etc..). Layout of the house was also really well thought out, and the size of some of the showers within the bathrooms really blew my mind. In addition to the house, you did a really good job with editing this video. The day to night transitions were smooth, and this video had a really good flow to it. Keep up the good work, I look forward to seeing what it next!
Very cozy indeed, but you couldn't pay me to live in Florida lol. Not with hurricanes, tornadoes and sink holes oh my!!!
That's insane Enes wow!!
Hope you enjoy the tour!
Looks so much like a hotel.
Thank you, this is basically a hotel. I mean why do I need multiple showers that can hold 20 people? LOL
I always like when he thanks the listing agents. Shows respect
I love the videos you guys make. The interaction between Enes and Mikey is always great. Also, the editing of the changes between day and night was amazing and a great addition. The one thing I would like to see more of is for Enes to get in and show the elevators, specially in a case like this, it being a glass elevator and all. Amazing house and amazing tour!
When is lake como mansion tour going to come🤔 ...
just went live :)
Beautiful home! We aspire to be like you in future. 😅
Another stellar video. The day night transitions were seamless! Nicely done fellas.
Am I the only one who noticed Mickey's Rolex at 13:55 ? Really good job guy's I really enjoy all of your tour and I listen them every Monday !
Rarely do I find myself having the urge to drop a comment..
Awesome property as usual~ Most importantly though.. The videography and editing of this one is top-notch! The transition from day to night to day looks totally flawless and seamless. Exceptional job you guys!
Big shoutout from a huge fan here in Singapore to your entire team, Mr. Enes!
🙌🏼🤘🏼
This property is without a doubt my new favorite, it have it all, great space, great amenities, great artistic feel to it, and an unbelievable views, congrats on the production, you are yet showing us that you keep striving for better for your audience, the transactions between day and night were seamless, you make me more ambitious just by watching your progress. Thank you :)
Glad you like it!
Hands down the best real estate tour channel (seen a lot) the editing the music (movie like) the back round of the property & how they made it the day vs night feature you guys are insane and a talented team/duo u guys connect with us like we are the clients makes me feel like I’m actually there 👏
What an extraordinary home this is. You guys do amazing videos when showing these properties and the night views are quite amazing.
Thank you so much!

Amazing home... WOW, just wow. Thank you for the video, love it !
The commentary is very informative. A good balance of simple narrative and technical information. Loving the small bits of conversation with the One behind the camera, relatable. You also have beautiful visuals with great editing. Well done!
Big like!
Thank you! Cheers!
You still respond, wow. Nice commitment!
Hey Enes you are definitely a force to be reckoned with, another beautiful home 💙😊
Thank you!💙💙💙
I like the seamless transition shot from day to night. Well executed. Also the house was amazing, thanks for another tour.
This was *stunning* ! Thanks Enes and Mikey for sharing these amazing estates with us!
great vid Enes. You and mikey are killing it. Also did anyone notice the house next door???? That needs a vid too!
Enes thanks 🙏🏻 for your fantastic contents, continue with more house on hills of LA❤
Our pleasure! Stay tuned!
No question this is a beautiful home, and what a great view of the waterway. I wish I enjoyed minimalist, modern architecture and furniture so I could really appreciate this home for what it is. Thank you for the wonderful tour. You alway have so much knowledge of the homes and vessels you tour. As others have mentioned, the editing is also always wonderful. Thank you!
this tour was the most educational one so far! loved this home!
