Thank you I agree so much with what Will is saying, and he is overall very inspiring. However the community also understands that brompton sells in a way he criticizes - like selling folks one colour (which one might just like a little) with the limited annual selection and bring back a nice one the year after. This and all the special editions creating buyers remorse. Another example you mentioned too is: why do I have to buy a package deal with titanium parts to cycle up a hill with the 12 speed range? (thats a downside of employing just Londoners - they don‘t experience hills on their commute) Now - don’t get me wrong - brompton is a good company (i.E. Jammern auf hohem Niveau) and needs to sell to stay afloat. I am happy the bike is the quality he promises, I am happy there is an after market that thrives and I am very happy with the product - including the repairability and availability of spareparts. All I want to convey is: we notice if there is a discrepancy of what is said vs. what is done. If the planet is hurting - those bikes need to be everywhere for everyone to pick the bike and not the car - for this Brompton must not forget affordable options (plural) Back to something positive and building just good bikes - are there advanced roller wheels on the c-lines in the background? Hope they come as standard and give first time buyers a chance to experience how great shopping cart mode is.
Let’s Hope Brompton will introduce the belt drive system that every other manufacturer has incorporated in their range, if you look at the figures a 30% increase of belt drives systems year on year of the last five years .
... also die Farbe ist das Letzte was mich interessiert .... Relevant ist doch die Technik !? z.B. dass ich mit der 12-Gang dieses hin- und herschalten zwischen Kette (weitertreten) und Nabe (bitteschön NICHT treten) ...... Und die altertümlichen Felgenbremsen (die allerdings wartungsfreier sind!) ... Und wie komme ich real den Berg hoch, wenn ich in den Alpen wohne (und nicht alleine in London rumfahre... die scheinbar keine richtigen Berge kennen!!?... ) aber die Farbe ist für mich nicht kaufentscheidend !
I love the precise soldering on my now, weighing much less than 2019 SuperlightM6LXBrompton. And even with my oldtimer frame it is down to below 9 kilo, and still with my, modified mudguards! I could make it a 12 speed with an extra chainring in front, but honestly why? I hardly know now for what use I have my low gears on a daily basis (only absurd hills need those, and it may be faster to walk during that!). But my "Flame Paint" is still the nicest of them all!! Hallo, wir sind ein kleines Team und manchmal dauert eine Antwort bisschen länger, wenn erstmal eine Recherche betrieben werden muss. Leider liegen bei der P Line auch immer noch nicht so viele Informationen vor.
@@VossSpezialrad War ja mit einem zwinkernden Auge gemeint. Es geht ja hauptsächlich um das Hinterrad mit der 3Gang Nabe und der 4fach Ritzelaufnahme. Würde mich freuen da gelegentlich was zu hören. Viel Spass auf der Eurobike.

Flamingo Pink sieht eher nach schweinchenrosa aus 🐽, würde mir aber neben dem Lacquer Ton auch gefallen ...

Ab 8:05 habe ich ein ganz schlechtes Gewissen bekommen, da ich sechs Brompton besitze (= "...buying too much stuff..."). Soll nicht wieder vorkommen!
Du brauchst kein schlechtes Gewissen zu haben. Er spricht doch von Sachen, die man nicht braucht. 😆
