Alright, guys, this is a big one. After about 8 hours of filming and 4.5 hours of editing, I compiled the best products from Asian brands (Hall 9) and road cycling tech from the first day of Eurobike for you. Like, comment, and share! I need to get some sleep to be ready for tomorrow. See you!
Thanks man, that looked as a hell of a day... Question: can you tell me the name of the company/factory of the carbon/ti frame set @ min 08:50!? Keep it coming M
It took me a minor bit of digging to discover the brand, but I really like the Waltly Titanium and Carbon frame you showed at 8:50. It reminds me a bit of an old bike I used to have, the Exxon Graftek , which had carbon fiber wrapped aluminum tubes with stainless steel lugs.
Nice tour, did you see anything new at the WHEELTOP booth? It'd be nice for them to introduce wireless buttons to install on the handlebar or anywhere you'd like since the shifters don't have them as Shimano Di2 does.
2:30 Aviav are a Korean brand that make competent wheels that are less expensive than the big brands but more reliable than Chinese knockoffs. That being said, those specific wheels are probably way expensive being handmade an all. The motif on those wheels is a 2000 YO traditional motif that Nike has also used on the current Korean Football Team's away kit.
here is what we need from chinese brands "or anyone else for that matter" is aftermarket ultralight seat posts for the top 5 brand bikes, Disc calipers that are mono block with multiple choice options for piston ratios for different power levels and some manufactures for HIGH END light weight cranksets as well as 12 speed cassettes with better gearing ie 11-28 and 12-30.
The 2x13 seems interesting but at that point the 1x option seems way more viable. I'm sure it will be intersting with sram and campag already in the 13 game
I can only imagine how much there is to 👀. No tool in particular, if there is a new take on something the average cyclist would need. No bottle openers or pizza cutters...
Is L-TWOO there? I'm told they were on the list, then disappeared a few days before the show. They won't honour the warranty on er9 groups I bought from them. I installed 5, 3 broke, 1 is barely working. They replaced only 2. They ghost, they move the goal post, really terrible experience. For a product that's basically beta, this is very disappointing
Thanks for video man! Ur english is really good, but pronunciation... A bit hard to listen to u cause of it, so hope u'll work on it so videos will be better =) All luck

@marcelliu3422 someone identified it as a Waltly frameset.
So many hours of work and still best you could do is this clown ass thumbnail
Thanks for bringing us around
Thanks for the tour. Always interesting to see what's coming. Those wheel lab wheels are not cheap.
Thanks, Dan. 😊 For 3,2K USD? Yeah, they are not.

Yes, this could be it. :-)
Great report, very interesting. Thanks!
Thank you, David. 😊👌
Great video! So many products covered, and your honest thoughts on products is always appreciated 👍
Thanks, Andrew, I appreciate it. 😊
2:26 FYI Seems it’s Korean traditional handicraft called ‘나전칠기 ; Najeonchilgi‘ made out of shellfish
Yes, it's exactly this! I couldn't recall how it's called. Thank you!

The 2x13spd groupset is new. They don't have the buttons yet.

It's highly possible these products are here, but I didn't have the time to cover them. There are so many booth for one person to go through. 😀
Looking forwad to that seka interview. Their Spear caught my attention
that Aviiav pearl finish tho👍
@8:50 what's the company name for the 3D printed Ti / carbon frames?
I have no idea, tbh. You can do some digging using the Eurobike floor plan. :-D
Those upland bikes are very interesting
Awesome Peter
Thank you 🙏
What was the titanium brand?
I am sorry but I don’t remember. 🥲

if your talking about the wheeltop Wireless Groupset.. it can be Configured 7-14 speed in the app.
Or maybe it will be a dead end because of the chain fiction and inefficiency. We will see. 🤷♂️
Peter I always enjoy your take on Eurobike. Any new bike tools being promoted at the show?
Thank you. What kind of tools? There are so many things here so I have to filter most of them. 🤷♂️

😅 yeah, they are here but I won't cover them. Sorry.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. They are here (and have a more fancy booth than last year). I will cover them in one of my next videos.

Hi, I am sorry but I am back home.
@@cyclistshub oh ok
AVIAV!!!
👍
Selle SMP saddles are the BEST!
But uglyyy 🫠😅
i admit winspace is not the best when it about coloring their bike. they are to plain most of it.

Thank you. Yes, my spoken English is something I have to improve. It limits me a lot.
9:30 grouped spoke patterns are a pile of 💩. They break rims and are difficult to true.
I can't comment on this but I can tell you that Sosan is pretty proud he designed from scratch and I am sure he would tell you more details. 🤷♂️
Pardus is sold by Storck in Germany. "German engineering" my ass...
"Sold by" is different than "made by", huh? :-)
Bikes are getting ridiculous
Indeed. 😀
