How to draw tangent line of line and arc?

Tangent line method is not clear .Plz elaborate, how it happened and which cammonds are used .

Find the tangent snap on circle circumference for end point of line..
During select tangent point type 'Tan' so you can find easily tangent option of circle..

Make sure Your Tangent Object snap is ON...
Go to Drafting Setting - DS
Object Snap tab
Select all Object snap ..
Apply & Ok..
Use F3 to turn On & Off Object snap mode
