Khoya 200 Grams
Paneer 50 Grams
All purpose flour 30 Grams
Soda 1 Pinch
Sugar 1 Cup
Cardamom powder 1/2 Teaspoons
sooji 20 Grams
Pistachio 10 Grams
Almonds 10 Grams
Saffron water 2 Tablespoons
Oil for deep fry

Your recipes are very good. The only problem is you don't indicate the exact amount of ingredients that are needed. For example, did not indicate how much sugar and water are needed to make the syrup. Also, you added soda I believe to the jamun mix, but did not state the quantity. It is crucial to know the quantity of soda added for the jamun to turn out right. Give the exact quantity of ingredients need for any recipe on the screen which will make it easy for viewers to try the recipe. Besides, i saw you are licking your fingers. I hope you washed your hands before you proceeded with the recipe.

I have tried without soda .... but it became quite hard not as soft as it shud be... but otherwise its ok.... i can make nice gulab jamun n there i dont use soda thats y i have avoided that.

Aap achhi quality ke pede ko le sakte Hain khoya ke badle. Han ek baat jaroor dhyan rakhe pede lene se chinni add nahin karna. Kyun ki pede main chini add hua hai.

medium boiling par daliye, ghee use kariye toh acha hai Jamun aur puffy aur acha absorb karega hard nahi hoga.
Slow boiling par fatt jata hai Jamun.
