Tbh fit tuber helped me to heal my irregular periods, helped me fix my eating habits and helped me with overall health. I am simply here to show my support and gratitude for his selfless service. Hurts to see ayurveda and people guiding others way back to healing instead of cure being discredited😢
The problem is that in some cases auryveda and modern science are against each other and in some they have same opinions but we should go for auryveda because we have been researching it for who knows how many thousands of years and yes i am also following him even the smallest counts for now he helped me with my skin problems (acne ,pimples and oily skin) there was a sign of little bit of hair fall but his video on it to be specific the oil he recommends instantly stopped it (in a month) his latest video of fitkari and Chai ones also was a big change including the fact that i changed sugar to dhage wali mishri and some facts he told about how to cook roti and in which order to eat and how to eat balanced diet with protein in it just like you ❤ so yeah let them see the results when they follow him ( to be exact auryveda) because it definitely is the way of life for us

@@Rakshita442 Yes, but after research proves anything, it is scientific. Just like many benefits of known Indian spices. Science is a method. And it has brought us to the current life we enjoy. Let's test the anecdotal evidences and find out what factors are helping people to get well.
@@Rakshita442 The onus of using scientific methods on ayurveda to prove that it is true lies on the practitioners/promoters of ayurveda. For eg. Patanjali ayurveda needs to conduct scientific experiments/trials to prove that the products they market are medically viable. It's their job and not that of doctors/practitioners of modern medicine. Not just conduct experiments, they need to publish the same in reputed medical/scientific journals. Closed door tests/methods don't mean a thing.
@@Rakshita442 It's not modern science that is the issue. Modern science would have long studied yoga and Indian spices. The issue was always the white men who were gatekeeping Modern science by refusing education for everyone else. They were the ones who once stated equatorial population use spices to mask the scent of rotting food. Now science is for all races of human beings and there are teams researching Ayurvedic texts and studying them, conducting experiments and trials to and sure we can benefit from it as ordinary people. There are doctors who can easily explain the benefits of Yoga. Those people I will appreciate
My mom and all her siblings suffer from thyroid issues. In my research, I found that they used to use rock salt and raw sea salt instead of iodized salt.
I have thyroid for almost 20yrs, and always have taken only iodized salt. I dont think all these rock salt or iodized salt help with anything. My dosage was always increased.
iodized salt was a key factor in decreasing thyroid issues here in the west, it pretty much single handedly eliminated an issue that was pretty much an everyday problem for many families
@@L5-YT iodine deficiency was one of the factors for thyroid issues especially goitre. Nowadays there are relatively fewer cases of goitre to be seen. However you still see other thyroid issues due to lifestyle issues such as bad nutrition, lack of exercise, and lack of sleep
Oiling the naval does help actually. Specially in dry winters. How do you explain that? Moreover, Vatt, pitt and Kapha body types cannot be explained in terms of modern science (at the moment) but the concept does translates practically. The idea must be to keep an open mind about the areas not fully explored by modern science as long as the resulting action does no active harm. Your point about iodized salt was correct btw. One can't simply replace white iodized salt with rock salt. Both, people who advocate and oppose ayurveda forget that it goes hand in hand with one's lifestyle. Modern lifestyle is way different from vedic times. One has to be wise enough to make that judgement what better suits him as per his lifestyle. The concept of modern nutrition is not a prescription that would work similarly for everyone. But most people take it that way regardless of their occupation, body type, genetic history, upbringing etc.

I like his 'research backed and logical approach' I also follow fit tuber and wouldn't shy in admitting how he helpled me improve my fitness. But, even fit tuber can't be accurate everytime. Having said that, it is also foolishness to outrightly reject the concepts of Ayurveda such as Vatt pitt Kaff, etc. just because it is not researched based. Ayurveda is not researched based mostly because the'western market' never required it to. India has one of the lowest rates of female labor participation. Instead of glorifying fresh cooked food as the only healthy option, we should focus on balanced nutrition. This shift would benefit both the women who are nutrition providers and the economy. I love how Krish is creating awareness about this important topic.
If woman work force contribution is what bothers you, it can be managed by sharing house hold works. It outright ridiculous to think home made food isn't better than proceeded foods. 😅
Maybe not everything is about money. Can you imagine your mom and dad working and giving money to buy food? I think it depends on the individual What they value more. To work for others and bring money or do care for the family. Im not against women in labour market but let's not push this agenda of being enslaved to capitalism. It's not about that.
So you are trying to say outside food or processed food is any close to home cooked food, that's a bad opinion lol You can cook alot of healthy foods which hardly take any time and still make it quickly at home

Pitta is not exactly hot as in heat. It actually is what we describe in modern times as difficult to digest and in turn makes our body put an extra effort in processing it in layman's words. Excessive sour curd as you said might have other harmful bacteria which is why it is best avoided for consumtion. We can't put it through a lab process at our homes to find out if the curd bacteria are all good or bad when it turns extra sour and hence it is best avoided. Same goes for milk

Ayurveda and Modern Medicine has its own pros and cons. Its totally depending on the Individual how his body react to the treatment.Even modern science doesnt know 100% about human body,Nobody can judge, its only individual experience
Although I overall agree with you, but you cannot refuse Ayurved's concept of Vatta Pitta and Kapha. It worked, works and still works. And I myself use allopathic medicines and Ayurvedic as well. It does work. You need to look into this deeper. And its not really that easy to refute if you know the nuances.
Few years after getting influenced by Fittuber to not consume iodine salt and to only use pink Himalayan salt, I started using pink Himalayan salt after which I ended up having iodine deficiency and now have to take medicine for it 😂
I realised early on that this fituber has No real knowledge or the education to make such claims. And he promotes and sells some expensive brands on his channel. So he is biased
I agree with Ashok in most of the aspects, and I am follower of his channel where I really appreciate all the myths he debunks, except few. I am no way supporting FitTuber, because even I feel sometimes, he just blidly marks everything as chemical. So, here are the points: 1. Food can regulate body temperature. There are reports, anyone can google, that clearly show change in temperature of body. High energy foods like proteins and fats, increase body temperature. The amount of increase might be minimal, but even human fever is just a small rise of 1-2F. I myself being a non-vegeterian, feel the increase in my body temperature, when I have meat/fish vs food which are generally simple carbs like fruits/veggies. However, I have no infomration regarding curd. 2. I agree pickles add a lot of oil, salt/sugar, and they act as preservatives. But one component that is high in commercial pickles is sodium benzoate. It might be minimal/heavy, but a combination with vit C can form benzene, which everyone knows is harmful. 3. If you do a pubmed search with hot water, you will see some studies highlighting imporovement with drinking warm water over cold water. There are mostly studies on animal models, since long-term effects of any kind can't be done on humans for feasibility reasons. I don't know a lot about what it does inside the body. There have been doctors also who advice lukewarm water over cold. I have seen a general tendency, of Ashok to be over)supportive f commercial food, where every one of us knows that how linient food regulations has led to Indian food being marketed with a loads of arguably harmful products with lot of sugars, and lead (everyone knows what). So, in general for these two channels,, while FirTUber lies at one extreme of over praising and blindly supporting ancient knowledge, Ashok sometimes goes to the other extreme of making commercial companies' food packaging okay just because you feed more people. With great power comes great responsibilities, and I feel commercial companies do not always agree to that.
Greatly articulated points, And Fittuber may not be 100% factful every time but 99% of his advices point towards a healthy life (just like our dadis nuskhas which they may not have a scientific point to prove but that will work). And also I think some ayurvedic lifestyle tips can be a placebo effect but that too works. I agree modern science and ancient science should work in sync but that goes both ways. Not important what has not been discovered is not true. PS: I liked the way this youtuber criticised fittuber without insulting or disrespect. At the end if they collaborate it would be a new discovery for both of them.
Kirish - If you are saying Ayurvedic knowledge or Aurvedic practices are not experimentally tested through clinical trials and hence should not be adopted or followed then I would say you are trying to measure efficacy of those practices through Western yardsticks which is not correct. Why don't you just try to those methods or practices on yourself for a certain duration, maybe 30 to 45 days and see if they are effective or not yourself. I also understand if it's working for you then it not necessarily mean it may work for others but your self doubt about those practices will be cleared right ? Also your point regarding iodized salt - fittuber just said there are better natural alternatives such as rock salt ehich is preservatives free for refined iodized salt and ae should not consume iodized salt jist for source of idione as we can get it through plant based sources as well if you consume them in enough proportion. Plants and vegetables are expensive that argument also not correct as ler my view because most of grneral public lives in rural areas where you get those vegetables easily through farms and its very less population living in cities may have to spend extra money to buy it
Fittuber is just wrong - you can't get iodine from grains, pulses and vegetables. Unless you are eating seafood, you are not getting enough iodine in your food. Rock salt does not contain iodine. Do not do that to your children! You can permanently damage them by not giving them iodized salt as they grow. Please, don't harm your kids because a youtube guy is telling you false things. Krish has lots of research behind what he says - and kids in families which use iodized salt don't have the diseases and brain damage that kids in many familien which don't use iodized salt have.
As a neurologist, I thoroughly enjoyed the methodical (dissection) debunking of myths/ misinformation spread on the internet. Kudos and more power to you.

Potassium ferrocyanide (E536) is classified as a neutral salt and is becoming increasingly common in the diet by being added to iodised salt as an anti-caking agent. It is slightly toxic, since adding acid to an aqueous solution releases toxic hydrogen cyanide gas. Although not mutagenic, it can cause irritation, if ingested, inhaled, or if it comes into contact with skin. The adverse effects of the E536 food additive increase according to the quantity and regularity with which it enters the body. It is therefore toxic in large amounts and accumulates in the body in any case because iodised salt is becoming increasingly common in most foods. In Great Britain, the addition of this anti-caking agent to table salt is prohibited.
Yes exactly. I've been supermarkets in the UK and i didn't see this anti caking agent in the salt that is selling there. But our guy will tell that...Oh India is a price sensitive market, you are talking from a point of privilege... Blah blah... And the same way we could say if everything in the name of Traditional ,or ayurveda should not be trusted because it's not scientific, everything in the supermarket which has the fssai label should not be trusted blindly 😂. Better to do our own research on what's good for us....
potassium ferrocyanide stable in water. dissociates into potassium ions and ferrocyanide ions. in acidic conditions it hydrolyses slowly.also doesn't accumulate in the body. it is flushed out. and it is in minute quantities(0.1g per 100g). recommended daily intake of salt is 5g/day which means 0.005g of potassium ferrocyanide. Lethal dose in rats is 6400mg/kg. For human of 70kg, this will be 448g of potassium ferrocyanide.

Ashok seems to be a person who thinks only, Linear, reductionist, repetetive and lab based things are science.. In reality this can be a one dimension of science and there are other dimensions of the wholistic science. It is like viewing the house through a key hole and claiming that only he has the complete view of the house. Too many of these mushrooming 'influencers' have the sad bias about ancestors. There is also a bias and subtle promotion of 'veg' being better. You bring up PDCAAS of eggs vs dals and conclude "while dals are decent sources, eggs are better no contest". I found the "no contest" part fascinating and did a little googling of my own. On the Wikipedia page for PDCAAS I learned that one of the limitiations of using PDCAAS for understanding quality of protein intake is its focus on single proteins, which does not represent normal eating patterns. In particular I found this fascinating as to is applicability of a tradiational India vegetarian diet pattern: "For example, grain protein has a PDCAAS of about 0.4 to 0.5, limited by lysine. On the other hand, it contains more than enough methionine. White bean protein (and that of many other pulses) has a PDCAAS of 0.6 to 0.7, limited by methionine, and contains more than enough lysine. When both are eaten in roughly equal quantities in a diet, the PDCAAS of the combined constituent is 1.0, because each constituent's protein is complemented by the other." The Wikipedia page for DIAAS (a more recently adopted replacement score for measuring protein quality) explicitly says this: " Multiple protein sources can also be combined to increase DIAAS, which can be effective at raising the max DIAAS of plant-based diets." I was left with a feeling / question: Is it possible you are over-simplifying a complex topic in your (possibly sub-consciuous) zeal to correct what you consider irrational biases of our society?
Obviously this topic is quite complicated, but I don’t think I’m oversimplifying. Eggs are simply more convenient, more bang for the buck than other protein sources. So it is not merely “in zeal to break myths” but a considered multifactorial idea about prioritising convenience and spending less time in the kitchen. Sure you can technically get all amino acids from a diverse diet without including eggs but just using eggs simply reduces hours of effort in the kitchen. Food and health is not just about studies and technicalities. It’s an optimisation problem involving, at least in India, the exploitation of the free labour of women.
@@krishashok I came across a few of your videos on this topic, and I still think something critical is missing in the whole argument. Hear me out here: 1. You noted over 70% of India's population are "non-vegetarian" 2. You also noted Indians as a whole consume less protein per capita relative to rest of the world. Putting those two together, it follows that moving people from "veg" to the "non-veg" bucket is not sufficient to address the protein consumption gap. Further, no one anywhere in India is eating entire meals of toor dal or moong dal. Casual "research", like we have done earlier in this thread, shows that *normal food consumption patterns* (i.e. dal + grains) is sufficient to provide the right *quality* of protein. So here again it is implied that moving from "veg" to "non-veg" alone is not *necessary* to address the gap. So what gives? You make a good point above about the problem being multi-factorial. Here are the factors that come to mind: A. Quality of protein B. Quantity of protein C. Convenience of incorporating the required levels of A and B into regular eating patterns On (A) we can conclude 'Eggs are superior to Dals' is true, but also not relevant given standard eating patterns. On (C) you make a good point; very valid. Boiling two eggs takes less effort than making Dal tadka and rice, etc. On (B)... I think this is the missing piece. And likely where the answer lies to the riddle of why even non-veg Indians are short on global per-capita protein consumption. What do you think? Have you looked into this aspect / covered it in some video?
@Krishashok, thanks for making this video. It helped me improve my understanding of the subject. However, there is one doubt. You mentioned that "Pitta" is not mapped to any measured substance as per modern medicine and hence it does not exist. Is it possible that the tools we have right now are either not looking at the subject from a perspective where it could be seen or we lack the necessary tools? Is it like the "Absence of evidence mapping to evidence of Absence" kind of scenario? While I do agree that influencers may have been cherry picking items and the usage of the dosha may be incorrect, on what basis can we negate the claim that they exist?

Can you beat that, from Class 3, we are taught, cooking and digestion is breaking down of food.

2:51 You are comparing 1947 to current age to conclude that Mordern medicine is better than Ayurveda. This comparison is wrong - life expectancy in 1947 was low mainly due to the artificial famines that were created during the colonial times. To compare Mordern Medicine and Ayurveda properly, you need to set up an environment which has all the other parameters constant which is the correct method of comparing 2 things. While Mordern Medicine is important in its own right, Ayurveda is in no way obsolete. Remember, surgey has its origin in India, Sushruta is known as the father of surgery! I would like to end this by pointing out that to compare X and Y properly, you need to have the knowledge of both X and Y. Having knowledge of just X or Y may not be sufficient.
Take infant mortality rate at the global level it was at 64 per 1000 infants. It has significantly come down to 24 in 2022. Not sure if children fought in wars in 1960

If your knowledge is correct and people will get solution and effects they will subscribe you and grow you but not this way man 🙏

How many laughable number of myths in our country still exist!

Today's India is suffering from lifestyle related diseases which modern developed science more aggravated only. so leave the modern science to treat chronic disease only... yes, please Indians can let go of Ayurveda. The pharma companies and other Westerners have discovered this long back and are doing research. Indians are best at putting down their own civilizational knowledge, are happy if Westerners do the research and coin their own terminology and give it back to the Indians. Great job!👍
No, Ayurveda works for chronic diseases. You wouldn't go to Ayurved for cancer, would you? Indian medicine has limitations because modern diseases didnt probably didn't exist then. Many times, ayurvedic doctors themselves advise to go to allopathic for serious diseases.
@@chitpat I know a couple of people among my family and friends who integrated Ayurvedic medicines and yoga while undergoing chemotherapy. A medical consumer needs to know which knowledge system to approach for what disease at what stage and what kind of integration can be done. Anything that puts down native indigenous medical model such as Ayurveda indiscriminately is simply being a mouthpiece of big pharma who as we speak are perusing the ancient texts, studying the pharmacology and biochemistry of various herbs and determining how they work. We Indians can make a laughing stock of ourselves
@lakshmiv1662 you said it correctly, integrated ayurveda with allopathic, but not with only Ayurveda. Whereas the reverse can be true, only allopathic will cure cancer, but only ayurveda cannot. Chemotherapy is only Western medicine.
@@chitpatif a disease is extended a length that it requires any medical, surgerical process then it should be taken but if it is not it can be cure on a herbal or diet way
@@KrishanKumar-ec1ch Most people don't realize about a disease when it is serious. By then it is too late to be treated by diet or herbs. Ayurveda is useful for preventing chronic conditions, but cannot cure when it is advanced.
I think it's high time someone called you out. I read a number of comments here and they focus on the science, yes science behind fit tuber videos. I firmly believe that Ayurveda and homeopathy are sciences and they certainly cannot be called crap. I saw your sattvic movement video as well and I wish you would spend time, as I have, seriously examining alternative medicine. Your biases are too apparent and for me, allopathy, with its focus on commerce rather than healing will always be suspect. I rarely visit a doctor, have cautioned my family against use of allopathy and have brought them all up with alternate medicine as the primary treatment for all ills. As an allopath, I believe , you have fallen into the Macaulay trap, where you believe western science is the solution for all ills. Holistic medicine, that is non invasive, tailored to individual constitutions and based on Indian conditions, should be the way to go for everyone. It is a myth that this is a belief held by Hindu fundamentalists only. I think after Indian medical systems and homeopathy proved their efficacy during the COVID outbreak, it is important for all of us to start thinking for ourselves and to reexamine allopathy that has proved mostly costly, not just in monetary terms but due to the sometimes quite severe side effects of the medicines and procedures. Especially as we are now the cancer capital of the world, it is important to be aware of what and how we eat. The ayurvedic way focuses on body types and food combinations and unhealthy practices that might lead to build up of toxins in the body, causing serious medical conditions. It is so heartening to see millenials making healthy lifestyle choices tailored to Indian conditions, following indigenous medical systems and practices. I think they are trying to introduce a health movement and they should be encouraged. Medical professionals like you should start listening and reading about alternate systems of medicine that are about making lifestyle choices and slowing down, practices that can affect climate change, which comes from commercial exploitation of the environment to feed the increasingly acquisitive lifestyle that we have all hitherto pursued.
Ma’am the problem is you believe, you can’t prove their efficacy. Nobody is stopping you from providing evidence for ayurvedic solutions. The fact that you demand belief is the problem
Well explained, and this guy's confidence while him thinking that he is debunking ayurvedic knowledge by calling it out as unscientific is absolutely arrogance driven and hypocritical😂😂🤦, he always takes the example of the time during india's independence, for giving us an example how indians were only "survivors". Please somebody tell him that when a famine affects a country, the whole population suffers immensly in terms of health, malnutrition, severe food shortages, so when this happens it is natural for a large number of people to pass away. This absolutely doesn't mean or show that health wise, nutrition wise and death rate remained the same throughout india's history😂. There are and were many treatments for infections even during ancient times in india, he tells it as tho people a hundred years ago and even before that did not know anything about medicines and treatments, by disregarding the fact that indians have been practicing advanced and effective medicinal traditions for over many millennia.
2:40 "there is no such thing", how do you know? Have you disproved its existence? No rite? Then its better to curb your arrogance and sit tight until it is definitively disproved.

A balanced approach, staying as natural as possible while using medication when necessary, is ideal. Instead of focusing on proving one method superior to the other (as humans often do), it's better to combine both for the best results. In that regard, Fittuber helped me improve in many areas. However, while I initially thought Krish was balanced, it seems he's just siding his ideologies and dismissing the other. I’ve lost respect for the channel and decided to unsubscribe.

Deficiency of iodine is one reason for hypothyroidism, but it also occurs like an autoimmune disease

I agree with Ashok in most of the aspects, and I am follower of his channel where I really appreciate all the myths he debunks, except few. I am no way supporting FitTuber, because even I feel sometimes, he just blidly marks everything as chemical. So, here are the points:

Consume everything in moderation, exercise in moderation, sleep in moderation (early sleep & early rise) is more than enough to keep you healthy forever.
Now, this person and fittuber, don't follow them blindly because they are talking in general perspective. They might be factually and scientifically correct but you must know that every body reacts differently. So, listen to what your body needs and follow things in moderation. Don't believe me, try it yourself and see how it works for you.
And, honestly, I do follow fit tuber but before proceeding I always consult my dietician. My dietician told me that fit tuber is not sharing wrong information but it's important what your body actually needs or requires. So, stop blaming him because you are educated enough to know that fit tuber or this person in video is/are NOT your medical advisor. goes behind doing all the research and then making it digestible for a lay-person. Too many of these
mushrooming 'influencers' have the sad bias about ancestors. There is also a bias and subtle promotion
of 'veg' being better.
Scientific research is a painstaking activity - emerging from the desire to know the truth and not simply
accept what anyone (even your favourite ancestors) say.

When both are eaten in roughly equal quantities in a diet, the PDCAAS of the combined constituent is 1.0, because each constituent's protein is complemented by the other."
The Wikipedia page for DIAAS (a more recently adopted replacement score for measuring protein quality) explicitly says this: " Multiple protein sources can also be combined to increase DIAAS, which can be effective at raising the max DIAAS of plant-based diets."
I was left with a feeling / question: Is it possible you are over-simplifying a complex topic in your (possibly sub-consciuous) zeal to correct what you consider irrational biases of our society?
Hear me out here:
1. You noted over 70% of India's population are "non-vegetarian"
Here are the factors that come to mind:
A. Quality of protein
B. Quantity of protein
C. Convenience of incorporating the required levels of A and B into regular eating patterns
On (A) we can conclude 'Eggs are superior to Dals' is true, but also not relevant given standard eating patterns.

This comparison is wrong - life expectancy in 1947 was low mainly due to the artificial famines that were created during the colonial times.

No, Ayurveda works for chronic diseases. You wouldn't go to Ayurved for cancer, would you? Indian medicine has limitations because modern diseases didnt probably didn't exist then. Many times, ayurvedic doctors themselves advise to go to allopathic for serious diseases.

Why dont you make video on doctor promoting ciggaarate , if that what you called is science and growth is
I think it's high time someone called you out.
I second you! Very biased opinions
Very well explained ❤
9:26 How does your body know whether the b12 was made industrially?
Well, I found you somewhere talking about b12 deficiency on plant based diet. Isn't it simple to have b12 supplements?
Thank god! Thanks a lot for explaining the salt iodine bit. Most ppl think rock salt minerals are way important than iodine. I hope this bit of the video goes viral 🙏
Thank you
Reasons our forefathers lived a healthier life is due to..
- They were physically active
- Less processed food consumption
- Non availability of otc sugary aerated drinks & juices easily
- Very little or no pesticides used in older times.
- Much cleaner air quality.
Kadhi, made of sour curd is eaten all over India without any bad effect.
This guy is just a textbook scientist who just memorised some terms and throwing it in a smart way, but have no idea how life energy functions. Also probably somehow inspired to increase the business of some companies such as FMCG sectors. FitTuber Rocks.
You find problems with Satvik movement, you have problems with fittuber! Time someone makes a video about problems with you! 😅
Satvik food is not good for overall health many doctors made videos about that topic watch it
Ofcourse doctor will have problem bcoz this will affect their business, not all but following only some of their tips I stopped my thyroid medicine 3 years back and now I m very much good self dependent for health issues❤ ❤❤❤❤

Ok you may be correct but tell me one thing he suggest to avoid things and replace them with other safer things.Tell me one thing his suggested products or methods are safe or not
A balanced approach, staying as natural as possible while using medication when necessary, is ideal.
Yes holistic approach is needed
I saw you on CNN TV channel, you are doing a great job. Love from odisha 👍
Thank you!
In a cesspool of unscientific fear mongerers, you are an exception krish, keep cooking this series.
I couldn’t have said this any better!
We switched to himalayan pink salt suddenly listening to the benefits pointed out by a work colleague. After 6 months my husband was diagnosed with hypothyroidism!😢 he was put on medication and doctor asked us to switch back to iodised salt. After 3 months the reports came out normal. And the medication has been reduced. After this incident, We swore not to pay heed to such suggestions.
I saw the video didn't the guy mentioned to not completely switch to pink salt instead use both.
Without understanding the ayurvedic methodology, you can’t dismiss the fact. Also the life expectancy may have improved with modern medicine, but it’s not a quality life style
Thank you for such an informative content. I watched your video on TV and I really liked the sound quality. Could you please share info about your audio setup?
To gather views - One UA-camr putting the Thumbnail of another UA-camr( Fittuber) !!!
This itself shows how desperate this person is 😂😂😂
can I heat or cook sprouts chick peas bengal gram soya bean etc,or do they loose their nutritional value when cooked????
You can’t tell Old age means only from independence of India
Our culture existed for thousands of years. Before British colonized India we had rich heritage and culture
Exactly!!
We have data only since British times . Plus you are forgetting caste system, normal poor people not many very privileged and shunned by traditional vaids if person was lower caste . Now government hospital treats everyone equally. You are forgetting we used to have droughts, storms , wars , food shortages in the paste. Live is comparatively stable now. We could die in past with serious infections due to no anti biotic.
72000 is abt naadi points available in hands, navel area or foot sole..
Applying Oil in navel area is suggested in ayurveda .
Siddha&ayurvedic studies explain it well
Sir actually you are doing magnificent job...as you are glorifies your wisdom among a common man❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Lots of love sir 🎈❤️
Hi Ashok what about consumption of sea salt or kal uppu. I suppose it has naturally occurring Iodine.
not enough to meet daily needs. remember we consume about 1 tsp salt per day
As a Medical Doctor I genuinely appreciate your efforts to inculcate a scientific and data-based approach to issues vital to life and health. I congratulate you for taking on superstitions and pseudoscience that are nowadays being promoted to the gullible masses.
Thank you Dr Mathew
