BOOOOOM so pumped for you!! for temp control def consider fans + AC... and maybe even R-TECH foil lined sheet-foam insulation from Home Depot ($8-20 for a 8 foot sheet, depending on thickness).... throws some up in that ceiling... would make a massive dent in heat and not be permanent for owner... excited to see what you do there!
the insulation would help it to where the AC or fans wouldn't have to work so hard.... or be on as high

Bruv just get chu a minisplit ac you don’t even need to mount it I literally have mine on a table blowing the hot air outside my window, get you some air purifiers too ! Can’t wait to see u paint them walls! Love your work bruv

You can always get a portable ac unit from home depot. I had a garage studio set up here in texas and it gets super hot without one.

Was going to say “insulation” and a portable a/c unit but with no windows it’s hard to port the exhaust. Also why pay extra money on a place you don’t own but the summer will be brutal on you. Good thing about the desert is that it’s cool at night. Nice job on the new studio!

I wish I had a space like that. I do have a mancave in my basement where I have a section for my art stuff. I want a space just like that so I can use spray paint and not worry about anything.
