- Jung is a convicted drug trafficker. He started out as a marijuana smuggler in the early 1970's and eventually became involved in cocaine smuggling on a massive scale as part of Colombian trafficker Carlos Lehder's organization. He's portrayed by Johnny Depp in the movie "Blow" (2001). This is the edited transcript of an interview conducted in 2000.
Good conversation. George is sure a surviver with a crazy life story.
RIP Boston George...
I snorted $1000000 in 9 years of Boston George's cocaine I have been sober for a very long time now thank God I lived through it my advice is don't do cocaine
Shut up tim your full of shite
Youre wild man its too stepped on now a days ppl are snortin oral gel and all sorts of garbage thinkin its gonna fk em up. Hah jokes on them its drywall dust 🙄😂😂🤕🤕💀💀
He said, "Who the hell is Johnny Depp?" - Love this! ❤️
This is from the making of Blow. That is the Director doing the interview.
And funny thing is he died from cocaine ted demme
@@cryptosammy What? I wonder if I knew that.
Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again, but life goes on.
^ I think of that quote from the movie at least once a day.
RIP George Jung
RIP Ray Liotta
Same!
I am watching George on National Geographic about his life December 9th 2020
Only thing I didn't care for in the movie was the way they made it seem like he was losing his mind at the end of the movie.
i thought it was more of like daydreaming as people tend to do while doing same sht every day
George said he had spent most of his time in prison daydreaming of his daughter. Spend a majority of your life in prison and jails and come back and tell me it youve lost your mind. It's real and shows where the life leads you
So very articulate, love all his analogies and choice of words. Very interesting way of expressing one's self. Fuck all the hating lames who have the personality of a rock you guys got nothing on this man.
Watched that movie so many times.
He is a legend.👑
I always root for him. Didn't want him to ever get⚖️ busted. He made so many crazy choices. What a life. He's seen it all. His story is a lesson on pride, gluttony, greed, and reflection. Johnny Depp did a magnificent job.🏆🏆🏆🍷🥃🍹🍸🍾🥂🎩 🎭📽️🎭🎬🎞️📺🕶️🤴🍫☕🌴🌳💊🔬☣️⚠️💉🌡️⚗️🎩🤵🎒💼🛅🛄🚔🛩️💺✈️🌐💺🌐👨🏫💐🥀🌻🍀💮🏵️🏜️🗽⛪💒🏖️🌇🌅🌈🇺🇲
Great insight into another world.
Johnny Depp did his voice to the tee.....#realrap
Right???
Teachers make minimum wage and truck drives makes hundreds of thousands of dollars? The whole interview was great and then he had to ruin it with a stupid, false comment. In my experience teachers aren’t good enough at their job to get paid more.
Omg shut up! You said the whole interview was good but he ruined it with one opinion. Do you realize how ridiculous that sounds? Do you just cut everyone out of your life for having a different view?
@@punkynicoplays4080 When the view doesn't match reality it needs to be mocked and rejected.
the interviewers feet were quite distracting -_-
true words, nice dude !
This guy is such a bad ass!!
it would be it
if he was not in jail....though....
He's dead now
@@tinamurphy8441 when I made that comment he was alive!

Very interesting
Please translate to frenche
And uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
This guy was not all that. Captain Zero blew him away. So did a number of others who were a whole lot better cuz they were a whole lot smarter. Pablo had many more guys than just "George".
Leo Brown man shut up
Leo you're a nobody lol go back to failing
his failures is what made him
You missed the stories meaning
Who said he was all that? It's just a story about a man.
