Listening to this hoping I can find myself again. I've been so lost and right now nothing matters to me than building a new me. I will be listening to frequencies every day this month while practicing no nut November. Trying to find yourself as a man is hard. I'll be back after 30 days. I'm not sure if the frequencies actually do the healing themselves or those combined with tons of different frequencies in the comments. All of which have something positive even in the tough to read text. Then we respond with love and maybe it's the Love that heals. The Scripture says, "Love covers a multitude of sins".

I have been advised all chakras from solar plexus upwards are out of balance I’m now hoping to restore them to the most perfect balance possible to heal my energy worked on the solar plexus yesterday and my tummy was very tight !!!
