This is very well done I can feel intense nerve activity in each center as the colors for that specific chakra change. And know that as you work with each center your changing chemistry within the entire body on all levels physical and energetic. The biggest thing here is to KEEP GOING !!
I listen to this as I’m laying down for sleep and I just close my eyes and focus on breathing and the rain sounds. I picture a barrier between my nose and mouth and as I breathe in, it’s nothing but light and purity. Breathing out, I imagine my stressors of the day as blackness and darkness leaving me. The barrier is like my way of mentally making sure I don’t accidentally take in and of the stressors when I inhale since I just exhaled. I have woken up in the morning feeling awake and ready to go and the only reason I need coffee is to curve the headaches I get from lack of caffeine… (help on this part would be appreciated… or do I just have to suffer until my body is used to no coffee again…?) this is heavenly. Even as I type this, I can feel my body relaxing and telling me to sleep. So I’m gonna do just that. Good night, loves. And remember. You matter. You’re beautiful. You are loved.
