Life is eternal, the earth is a school for the soul to learn and practice, in order to adapt to the experience of three-dimensional space and time, all sentient beings have to put on their own costumes (physical vehicles) to play their roles in this play, when one day we take off our costumes and leave this stage, we can take nothing with us. The only thing that can take away is our memory and "karma", the cosmic law is like a boomerang, what you sow, you will reap what, as we all know, you reap what you sow, I hope we can grasp the opportunity of this performance, play their role!

I really have to work on my solar plexus Chakra. I have confidence in myself, but not so much with letting go of others and attachments. I have to see that I am worth much more than the people that I meet, and that I should always protect myself and my energy. I know other chakras have to deal with this like the Crown chakra and heart chakra. My solar plexus really needs me though. I'm gonna make it my job to heal this Chakra most importantly, and my other chakras as well this year.
