My sister and I had very long hair, and each wedding we attended, my mum would put rags in our hair the night before. Didn't they cause a sleepless night? so uncomfortable. I had a heart-shaped wedding cake with the posie of flowers on the top to, I married in tbe 80's. It's so lovely to reminisce. ❤
I am married 52 yrs and am 73 yrs old but oh my goodness your dress looks exactly like mine !! High neck ,long sleeves ,train and top of dress was guipure lace .I also had full veil. I still have my dress to this day ! Thank you ever so much for sharing xxx

I love listening to you, I'm 61 and to be honest don't get on too well with watching the younger You Tubers without sounding too ancient, they really do seem to speak a different language. You talk a lot of sense and it's like sitting with a good friend. Your wedding album was lovely hubby and me got married in 1985 and it was a very similar wedding to yours, it was just a traditional family and friends celebration of two people who loved each other, not at all like the weddings of today that are more like theatre productions. Loved seeing your wedding photos Tina, they are lovely. I am 63 and I have 2 older sisters, eldest sister is celebrating 50 years next year and my other sister is celebrating 50 years this July. The dress one of my sisters wore is very similar to yours. My eldest sisters husband also has an Omega watch which my sister bought him for a present for their wedding. He has also sent his away for a clean etc... his has had to be sent to Switzerland, all in all he may have it back in a years time!!!! Anew strap for it is £300. A wedding album brings back so many happy memories, and is great to look at now and again. Yours was lovely and you both looked so smart and happy. Thank you for showing it xx😊
