I unbolted my front diff moved it forward enough for the front diveshaft to clear then pulled the trans put the bottom. Took me about an hour to do it. Just have the remove the 2 studs and it can come right out the bottom. Very easy.
@@gravesruim not against engine oil in the sub trans. There isn't anything hypoid in it. So it doesn't really need gear oil. I'll do that next oil change.

My 19 service manual calls for gear oil in the sub trans. As does the user manual. What year is your 4 seater?
Mine is a 2020 and it calls for 1.35 qts of gn4 10w30 oil in the subtrans.

Russell, what happened to necessitate pulling the sub trans?
I lost high.
@@gravesru check out cryoheat. They have high strength gears and other parts. Including back cut gear dog faces.
