I like to can meals in a jar, because I'm retired and the one interested in canning, and my wife wants to work for another year or two, so meals that can be opened and heated for dinner are a good deal. Carol, found your channel about two years ago, and I appreciate your canning knowledge.

How much water do you put in your pressure canner because in my Nesco pressure canner I have to put 8 cups of water why is it different in yours?
