Very nice holiday let. Can I suggest a Sofa bed downstairs Niel as normal with holiday let’s will make it a sleep 8. Plenty of seating and dining room for 8.
Make sure the single beds for the downstairs bedroom are Zip & Link so they can be made as a double for a disabled adult as all downstairs is accessible for someone with mobility issues, probably not fully accessible but enough for some.

Hi Neil. I will say that balcony balustrade does not look safe for children in the corners.!!! I may be wrong but there looks like quite a gap in the two corners. Maybe worth looking into. There should be no gap larger than 90mm.!!
