O wow thanks for the beautiful drone footage of the river and our home, although at times it can be a bit worrying when the river rises I wouldn't want to live anywhere else now.

We had a Tin Bath in front of the fire on a Friday night i was the youngest so I was last 4 in front of me sp the water was not very hot by the time it was my turn that was about 77 years ago

Yes, I can remember flannels,my mum use to sit me on the table, and wash my face and it dribbled all down the front,and made my vest all wet, oh I hated it,still don’t Like water in my ears .

Always had a bath on a Sunday, always cried, as i knew it was School next day. Oh the dreaded immersion heater which took an hour to get hot. That was in my parents bedroom in a cupboard. We never had central heating in the 70's, all we had was a gas fire, and a gas heater on the wall in the hall with a thick sliding door. Later on, we had that taken out, and had storage heaters. In the bathroom we had a two bar electric fire with a cord. To keep the bathroom warm. Bloody good days Neil. ❤❤❤

We had no bathroom the toilets were down the yard , we had a tin bath , then were got and electric boiler for clothes mum warm the water and washed us in it , 3 children we had one bedroom it was great now look how people moan about what they have not got

I can remember the tin bath in front of the fire,once a week. Me and my sister use to share it.xx

I have pigeon's, Magpies, blackbirds, Robins and a Squirrel, visiting black and white cat who lives down the road, couple of foxes. In summer i had a woodpecker, pecking on the fatball feeder, and a Jay, biggest shock of all was a osprey type bird, going berserk in one of my garden bushes trying to get a bird. We have an allotment at the back. Blackbirds love sultanas or currants. Broken up scones they like as well. ❤❤❤

I wouldn't order Lee's boots from Temu. Every time I ordered footwear from them they have been too small. At first I thought I was at fault and accidentally ordered the wrong size but the same thing happened each time I ordered for myself or my granddaughter.
