I just want to add that your narrative of having a child so young was the same as mine. I was 17 when I had my daughter. Relatives also told me that I would not have a good future because I was "used" material. Like you, the negative comments fueled my resolve to prove them all wrong! Reading your narrative was like reading my diary from so many years ago. I just wanted you to know that you are a kindred spirit and an awesome woman. I am a hospice nurse caring for very sick and dying people of all ages. The fact that you are also a carer warms my heart. On another note, I d like to suggest that when babies are fed, dried, burped, held for a while, but still cry, sometimes they need your scent. We put a nightgown or a t-shirt, sometimes over a pillow or wrap babies with it. It usually calms them down. Babies first scent is of their mothers. It promotes well being. Just a suggestion. Never ever dim your light. You are wonderful and I enjoy watching your videos. BTW, I've been told that I look like you, haircut and all, lol.
